Service person was professional and efficient picking up and delivering our Oriental Rug.  Cleaning was well done, although there was little they could do to restore color in an area of the rug that was slightly bleached by sun exposure.  We plan to use G Fried again.

People at G. Fried were very pleasant, and the rug turned out nicely, but the rug wasn't quite ready by the date originally promised.  Minor inconvenience as it was just before Thanksgiving.

G Fried not only performed the job as specified - they went out of their way to accommodate! I had rusty brass rods from previous carpet install. They offered to clean them for free and ended up replaced them free.

Andy and the team at G Fried were amazing!  From the beginning we had the best experience with them.  We shopped around at a few other carpet places, but G. Fried prices were by far the best.  Andy even tried to cut cost wherever he could to help us out, since one room measured a lot larger than I initially estimated.  We did three rooms - one we even saved a lot using a remnant (Andy's suggestion).  Andy helped us pick the best quality carpet in our budget and because of his pricing, we were able to get a better quality for the same price that other companies were charging.  One carpet was on backorder and Andy's team called regularly and was able to get the carpet a week earlier than anticipated.  The installation team was great - cleaned up after themselves and was very professional and friendly.  They even made us mats out of the excess carpet.  G. Fried takes great care of their customers and were an absolute pleasure to work with.  We will only use G. Fried from now on.  Great company with outstanding service.  Highly recommend - you wont be disappointed.

As it turns out, their installer was new and did an bad job.  A thread got caught in my vacuum and caused a run in the carpet.  I called Fried and they sent someone over to investigate.  They agreed that it was their fault and replaced the entire carpet at no charge.  I was not surprised by their responsiveness because I have been purchasing carpet from them for both my home and business for over 25 years and have always been happy.  They've also made me some custom rugs and performed carpet cleaning.  Good products at fair prices with excellent service

G. Fried picked up the carpet at my house on time. They cleaned it and also called and alerted me that they could not fully remove some stains from the carpet. They delivered the cleaned carpet to my house, on the arranged date. The carpet looked much better, but there were/are still shadows of the stains; but I was satisfied that they did their best to remove them.

We struggled to find a reliable carpet installation company that carried more selection and had better service than the big box stores.  We found G. Fried on Angie's List and went to see them.  They were excellent.  We purchased high quality, reasonably priced carpet, scheduled, steam cleaning of other carpet and stair runners and marble and granite clean/polish.  Everyone was top-notch from the guy who carried my newly bound remnants to the car all the way up to the specialists who came to perform the actual work.  Awesome!!  VEry nice people, excellent service and they called later in the week to make sure we were happy.  Will only use them in the future.

I made an appointment to drop off my area rug to be cleaned.
It took about  3 weeks to get it done.  I picked it up and when I put it down on the floor there was a strange orange stain on the rug and an area that was dirty was still very dirty. 
I wish they had told me there was a problem with cleaning this rug and maybe I would not have expected it to be clean.

everything went well.  i went to a few carpet places but didn't get estimates but g fried was by far the nicest and most helpful.  their showroom is great with a lot of selections.  after getting an estimate and measuring in my home, they came out to my house 3-4 weeks after the initial store visit. the carpets look great and their service / communication was top notch.  the price was a little more than i budgeted but with something as my front stairs to enter the house, i wanted quality over saving a few dollars.

Two men came to clean carpet.  They were very nice and professional.  They arrived on time and explained process.  The service is based on cleaning 300 sq. ft. of carpet.  The price was higher than others, but they moved furniture and cleaned the carpet almost wall to wall (did not move tv).  They also said my room was not quite 300 ft so they cleaned a runner and would have also cleaned another small area rug if I had wanted them to.  All in all a positive experience.
