Frank responded promptly to my request for an estimate. He emailed me shortly after I posted my request and visited our home to make an estimate as early as it fit into my schedule. The estimate was quickly given to me and detailed the work to be done and the price. The work started and was completed when promised. The crew was polite and professional.

They have a large client base, so they are rushing to get things done. They work very hard, and they work straight through every snowstorm. However, it can take them a long time to get to my neck of the woods. I have a sidewalk, so I need them to shovel the snow while the sun is up, and sometimes they are unable to. I have often thought they did not do a thorough job. The crew often forgot a path from the driveway to the back of the garage so I would have to walk thru snow to get to my car. If I called about a problem the owner, Frank, always apologized and said he would send someone out to fix it. The crew might take until the next day to come back and once no one came at all.

I think the owner is very responsive. The only complaint I have is that they tend to rush through their work. In their speed to clean up, they have damaged plants. Overall, their jobs turn out very well.

Frank Porter was a pleasure to deal with. He came onsite and walked through the property with me to explain both what is a good landscape as well as how his team will approach the job. Frank was clear on his estimate for the work and explained the components of each cost variable. On the day of the project start, Frank and his team of 5 guys arrived to get going. The team worked for a day and a half to clear dying plants and trees, trim tree branches, level and seed a section of property for grass, and cleanly trim and prep the existing plans for healthy growth. His foreman, Martin, was readily available to ensure the project proceeded as I had wanted. Frank's team did a thorough job and now I have a manicured property that was formerly an overgrown and crowded jungle. I appreciate Frank's enthusiasm and professional courtesy during the whole process. Frank will work with you to make sure you get what you wanted. I recommend Frank for any landscaping needs. He is knowledgeable, honest, and a good person to work with. Thank you Frank!

Almost Perfect Landscaping was very responsive. They contacted me the next morning. Regrettably, my properties are outside their snow removal service area. They were very professional and courteous. If I have need of their other services I would consider them in the future.

For any work that he may not do because my home is located outside of his primary maintenance area, Frank was very willing to recommend other service providers that he knows and holds in high regard. Calls were promptly returned. Kept to meeting times. Offerred ideas/opinions as to how best to proceed with work and what would look good. Workmen were courteous and super fast. Followed up after work was done to assure my satisfaction. Plan on calling on this company again.

He was here with his crew everyday. I can't say enough good things about them. They did everything as promised and on time. They were very fairly priced too. I am very happy with the results. Frank, the owner of Almost Perfect Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance, responded to our call quickly. We are non-profit agency that provides housing and supportive services to mentally ill men and women who are homeless. We were in need of having soffits and fascia boards replaced around the lower half of the house, but had to have our greenery trimmed before having this other work completed. Frank Porter responded quickly and began the work within three days of our first call. His crew carefully removed dead or damaged shrubbery and trimmed tree branches that were impeding access to our garage roof and the fascia boards that encircle the roofline of the first floor of our house. All debris was removed from the property and work was completed in one day. His staff was professional and efficient and worked together as a team. Almost Perfect is a great company to work with due to the respectful nature of all of their staff and their obvious knowledge of the type of work they were doing. The work they completed was exactly as Frank described prior to the work being started. Our agency would highly recommend Almost Perfect for all of your landscaping needs.

Recently moved into a new home with a large and completely overgrown yard. Planned to tackle the work in phases. They were prompt, friendly and completely understanding of our situation. Frank, the owner/operator, has a really great attitude and offered a lot of helpful suggestions. He gave multiple estimates and was willing to work with us to fit our budget. Plus, he always got back to us when he said he would. Which is rare. Unfortunately, we had to put this job on hold because we need to focus on removing some of the dangerous trees in the yard before we can get to the beautification. When we explained the situation, not only was Frank understanding, he even suggested a tree removal company. Very classy.

Frank, the owner, returned my call quickly. He scheduled an appointment, and gave me fantastic quote. They work was finished quickly, neatly, respectfully. He did a great job!!

I found them to be very neat and clean compared to other people that we hired. He hires a good crew so that the work gets completed properly. They are very polite. They do a wonderful job. They have a lot of clients. I would continue to use them in future.

The owner and his staff do a great job maintaining my lawn. Their work and services has really improved the quality of my lawn. I always get lots of compliments from my neighbors on the beauty of my flowerbeds.

My overall grade is based on the overall appearance of the grass currently. They are very responsive. Anytime I have called the owner,Frank Porter,he has always called me right back. They also bill me a flat rate for the spring clean up & final clean up in the fall,so I always know what the bill is going to be each month. They always show up & are very good about coming out when they are suppose to. Last year,they did a pretty good job however,my lawn right now is a mess. In the summer,Frank put down fertilizer & weed killer on the lawn,but it rained later which wash away all the chemicals. My grass didn't come up on one side & is now full of weeds. The quality of the work when the normal two workmen come out to mow and edge my lawn is fine,but the quality of my grass now with all the weeds,I'm not happy with. I don't have an automatic sprinkler system so if there ever was a drought then my lawn would turn brown,but that hasn't been a problem this year. Their prices are competitive.

There are four men who come on a weekly basis to provide the lawn care. This is my third season with them as I am very pleased with the outcome. Each month, I am sent a bill to pay for the weekly services. The $40 is based on a weekly rate. They arrive on a day of their choice rather than mine. However, they are typically always come on the same day each week.
