Tony stands by his work - this was home inspection for sale of our home - had a warranty issue AAA Chimney Corp out to redo warranty work within a few days. Definitely would use them again!

AAA Chimney was excellent. Owner inspected chimney, diagnosed problem, and gave me a quote. I agreed and a date for resealing and installation of a chimney cap was set. Workers showed up on schedule and completed the work in approximately three and a half hours. Professionally done--stainless steel resealing, new piping from furnace and hot water heater to meet code, and steel cap.

As a professional construction manager, I tend to be very critical of contractors and rarely would give a 5 Star rating to anyone. Having said that - AAA Chimney deserved nothing less than an Excellent Rating. Tony and his crew we're extremely professional and delivered incredible value - (excellent work, at a great price), and even went above and beyond. In the end, everything was completed on time and at the price quoted. Everyone I dealt with, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and you definitely get the impression that they care about their customers. Tony, came out on a Saturday and inspected the job, went over all options (including ways to save money), and put together a professional contract that included detailed descriptions of the work to be performed. The job was done with permits, and even the town inspector commented about the quality of their work, everywhere he had inspected it. I spent a lot of time researching companies, speaking to people, and reading reviews. I cannot emphasize enough how good & professional these guys are. I highly recommend 1-Hour Chimney for any chimney/fireplace repairs. From the first time I called for an estimate to the completion of the work, Tony and his workers were completely professional and trustworthy. We had a new liner installed in our chimney and after inspecting the exterior chimney, Tony immediately identified damage that had occurred from years of weather and use. Tony provided several repair options with varying prices, however ultimately recommended the most cost effective and common sense solution and not once pushed for the more expensive repair. This is just one example of Tony’s business and work ethic. Tony’s crew showed up on time and performed exactly what was promised. The resurfacing on the exterior chimney was immaculate and came out better than promised. I cannot recommend 1 - Hour Chimney enough and will definitely utilize their services if needed in the future.

Tony's crew installed a new stainless steel liner in the chimney for my heating boiler. I've talked to several chimney companies before choosing Tony's company. The main reason is that Tony's the only person who was willing to take the effort looking at the specs of my boiler and getting permit from the township to ensure everything is done properly. I like him being responsible and attention to detail. More importantly, he's honest. Instead of exaggerating the situation to win the business like most other chimney companies did, he's the only guy who told me that my chimney was in fair condition and does not need a new liner immediately. This makes me feel comfortable to trust his advice and proposal. I'll definitely recommend him to all my friends.

Cleaned fireplace smoke chamber and flue, removed old damper and installed new roof cap and damper, rebuilt crown and completed mortar work inside the fireplace. All work was done as per original time and money estimates and the crew did a good job of keeping us informed of progress and taking pictures to ensure we were happy with the finished product.

The chimney in a 3 family building collapsed and we had no heat and hot water for the entire building. Tony came in quickly, provided professional and fair estimate and got his team there the next day. They did an excellent job, managing to deal with the unexpected issues you encounter in a 100 years old building. I highly recommend this company, they are very professional and also a family owned operation with exceptional level of service and care.

I was very pleased with the work performed by 1 hour chimney. Tony came out and gave me the estimate. He was professional and easy to work with. The crew he sent did a very nice job. Tony’s wife Juliet handled all the scheduling of the crew, inspectors, permits, payment, etc. she was wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this company. Everything went well - they even came back to complete the work on another day because they didn’t have the right parts.

Tony came and inspected my fireplace chimney as well as the heating chimney. He let me know what needed to be done to bring everything up to code. On the day of service, 2 crew members came to do the job. They swept the fireplace flue and applied the Thermocrete ceramic liner inside. They also installed a new damper and chimney cap. On the exterior, they repaired damaged bricks and mortar and rebuilt the concrete crown. They also installed bluestone slabs on the chimney shoulders and waterproofed the entire exterior from top to bottom. They also repaired some of the loose mortar on the interior as well. For the heating chimney they installed a new stainless steel liner to vent the boiler and hot water heater to code. They also installed a stainless steel chimney cap and double tee. The guys did a fantastic job. They cleaned up after themselves and also gave me good tips. I would definitely recommend 1 Hour Chimney and use them again in the future.

Tony, the owner came out himself. I have already hired his company for two other jobs and find him and the company excellent. I let him know I was going to have the roof done and he gave me recommendations to give the roofing company. I value his opinion and his honesty. There was no charge for the inspection. I will definitely keep calling for future issues and I 100% recommend 1 hour Chimney - AAA Chimney.

The two gentlemen that came arrived early. Did their work and took pictures of their work. The were very polite and professional. This is the second time in 4 years that I use this company and am planning to use them again. The professionalism starts at the top with Tony! I would highly recommend AAA Chimney!!

we sold our house and the buyers insisted that the chimney was inspected so that they could use it. Their chimney guy gave them a load of bull with a quote of over 12k. We called 1 Hour Chimney, they came out right away and went over the details of the previous quote. Turns out that the previous quote was a load of garbage, and we were able to fix all of the necessary issues for half the price. The installers cleaned up after themselves, were courteous and very nice people. Very nice staff in the office and would recommend to anyone who needs repair work on their fireplace/chimney.

The owner-Tony looked at the chimney and advised no cleaning or repair needed. My chimney has a liner therefore no cleaning necessary. Tony is very pleasant and professional. Now I know why he received excellent reviews. Don't look any further, 1 hour Chimney is the company!!

My chimney has been leaking for years and I have tried different companies to fix it - nothing worked 100% - I tried 1 Hour Chimney before, and now they have a new owner - the estimate was reasonable, the owner and workers were friendly and professional - they resealed everything, waterproofed the bricks, put in a new damper, and sprayed up and down the chimney and smoke chamber .... after the job was done we had one big pouring rain and my fireplace is absolutely dry ! I am very happy. I am keeping my fingers crossed, hopefully this is the last time I will ever need to fix the leak ....

Fantastic. First time in my life I had an estimate where I was told I don’t need any work done. He was so honest. Told us we are in good shape. No work needed. 2 other dishonest chimney guys came and tried to rip us off which I hear is the norm with chimney contractors.

Tony came to my home for free estimate exactly on time. He called ahead and was extremely professional. Out Home is new to us so we didn’t know previous work, we had new boiler put in and some problems were exposed in chimney. Tony showed compassion & concern for us and explained well what was going on. He also worked his schedule around to get out heating vented properly ASAP due to some slight safety concerns. Could not recommend him enough!
