I would definitely call Archer Plumbing again. They came out to our house within a few hours and quickly identified the source o a leak we were experiencing in our basement. They offered advice and options on how we could address the problems ourselves in a cost effective manner. John was very friendly and professional.

We called on a Wednesday afternoon and someone came out within a few hours and gave us a free estimate. We called by COB the same day to schedule the repairs. Two plumbers came the next day, Thursday, and made the repairs. They were here for a few hours so I think $400.00 is reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Called on Monday for an appointment for Wednesday, no problem. Offered me the nine to noon window and was there around 10:30 AM. Explained back ups and showed me what would be done and how deeply he would be snaking. We have use them in the past for the last nine years with appointments and in emergency situations and they have always been very quick reliable polite clean and fair. Last night we noticed water on our kitchen floor and found that a connection in the sink drain pipes had come loose. I called around 10 this morning and they said someone would call and be out this afternoon. Around 1 pm Dave called and said he would be here within the hour. About 45 minutes later he showed up and told me the approximate cost for the repair. After reconnecting the pipe he tested it and found another leak at a bad weld. Dave also fixed that and retested it and my problem was corrected within five hours of my initial call. He also rearranged the pipes connecting the double sinks and I now have more room under them. Service was prompt, professional and at a reasonable price. I will definately use them again.

We used this Family run company before at are old home so we know exactly what we are getting when we use Archer Plumbing. This company is one of the best service companies I have ever used. I called Archer at 5am sunday morning when I heard water rushing in my wall and all over my living room floor. He answered the phone instructed me where my main water shut off was so I could stop the water. John was at my house by 6:30am made the repair and even helped me save some valuables from the water before it was to late. He then instructed me to call a water restoration company. The Archer Plumbing family saved the day again. I hope for the last time !!!!!!!!!

We called on Fri and John said he would come over the next day. He arrived on time and was courteous and professional from start to finish. He advised us that the shower leak appeared to not be a plumbing issue but rather a cracked tile that allowed water to leak downstairs. He recommended we contact a handyman to fix that instead of a plumber. For the running toilet, John explained the problem and provided an estimate for repair. We agreed to the price and he had all the parts with him to fix the problem so he took care of it right away. He also replaced the flapper on another toilet and cleaned out the popup in our sink. He did not charge us for either of those services. Overall we were very happy with the service he provided. I would use him again and I recommend him to anyone needing plumbing service.

He was to call me at 9:00 am on Saturday and I never did hear from him until 1:00 pm. I asked why he hadn't shown up and he rudely cut me off explaining that he had forgotten about me. He called back and explained that he was really busy and changed his attitude. I refused to reschedule as he had been so rude previously.

I actually feel this was one of the best service providers we have ever used. We had an urgent situation, and from John answering the phone to David showing up on a friday night, Archer exceeded our expectations. This was a major job, and they were great.

John returned my phone call right away and scheduled to come on Saturday He was able to fix my leaky pipe at that time but needed to schedule another appointment for my bath drain.. Dave was also on time and was very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Called early in morning when we woke to a leaking sink. Provider arranged to come and came as scheduled same day. Repair was trickier than expected but was handled with professionalism and quality. Will definitely use again.

Archer plumbing called us a half an hour before our scheduled appointment. They arrived arrived promptly and completed the work on our toilet and outside water. They explained exactly what needed to be done. Not only that-- they worked very neatly ! I would definitely use them again.

Dave was absolutely professional, courteous and prompt. He spent time making sure all work was done correctly, to my liking, and even cleaned up after his work was done! I would absolutely recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

It went really well. He was there in under two hours after my call at 7a.m. He knew immediately what he had to do and gave me an estimate for the work. I agreed and he made the repairs. What I really liked was that he showed me how the things worked and I learned I was turning the knobs way to much ultimately destroying the washers. I now can visualize how things work. He finished and figured out my bill which was less than his estimate. I paid him and he left...all in about an hour and 1/2. I thought my entire day would be shot. Turns out I was able to take a shower, dress and get to work so I didn't have to use up an entire vacation day! Also, I can't believe how EASY the valves work and he was right. I turn them gently, feel the connection and leave it. The last of the water drips out and turns off. Excellent experience.

Excellent company! I called John and he arrived on time for our estimate appointment and to perform the work. He did a wonderful job, explained everything thoroughly to me, and left everything clean. He was the most professional contractor I have ever dealth with. Additionally he called me one week later to check if everything was working correctly. I am having an extensive amount of work done inside and outside of my house therefore I am dealing with many contractors and I only wish they were half as good as John.

Excellent!!!!! I have never been so happy with a plumber. They were prompt, professional, came on time, respected my home, and most of all, DID NOT RIP ME OFF! Not only did they fix my drain in my kitchen sink for a reasonable price, they gave me coupons for future visits. I like that they are accessible 24 hours for emergencies and they are local, which means they'll be able to get to your house fast. The honesty part is most appreciated. He didn't try to sell me services or parts I didn't need. The plumber was extremely efficient and knowledgeable as well, even gave me tips on how to avoid plumbing problems with the kitchen sink in the future, especially when it comes to draining hot pasta water into the sink (which is how my cheap drain collapsed in the first place.) After being swindled for several years by inferior and rip-off plumbers in the past, I'm happy to say I've finally found the plumber I'm going to keep.

I called Archer Plumbing and I spoke to John about a large pool of water that noticed in my house. Over the phone he described what the issue may be and presented several options to me. He was at my house no more than 15 minutes after I called him. He inspected my bathroom and crawlspace and he came to the conclusion that there was no cracked pipe and no permanent damage and no plumbing work needed to be done, instead it was likely user error that caused the minor flood. I live in a 60 year old home, so i've seen my share of contractors and workers. John was by far the most polite and professional. Thanks Archer Plumbing!

John was very professional and extremely polite. He explained what needed to be done in a way that I could understand. He was punctual. One morning he was even early and I had to ask him to wait until I took the girls to school and he readily agreed to wait. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Plumber came in and gave an estimate to rebuild the toilet or install a new toilet. We chose to rebuild as it not a main bathroom. Work was done right away. Very neat, quick and professional. Answer all my questions I had.

I had to turn the water off in the house to do a minor repair. When I went to turn it back on, it would not work so our water main stopped working in the house. Was an original part and I guess after 75 years gave up the ghost. We had to have the water company come out an turn off the water to the house. I called a few places and this was the only ones who would come right out the same evening. The person came in an hour or so later, explained the pricing... and got right to work. He replaced the valve quickly and we were back in business. he even took care of another small plumbing issue i was having. He hung out till the water company came back to ensure that everything was working good. He came in under estimate because he said it was such a straight forward job. Would absolutely use this company again. He had all the parts in the truck he needed and was very skilled at the repair. It looked like a very professional job and exceeded my expectations.

Man was very courteous, professional, gave me some advice, and charged a small service fee.

They arrived within about 1 1/2 hr and apologized for taking that long. Cleaned up everything. Good job. Only negative was that they were expensive for an hours work.

John showed up ahead of schedule. John pinpointed problem within 10 minutes of arriving. Replaced two sections of copper pipe that were cracked. I will be using his services when I remodel two bathrooms this spring. I highly recommend his services !
