Macys uses Tristate for mattress warranty checks. In order to have Macys take action they require a 1.5” divot. They have sent out service providers three times including most recently on 9/17/25. He used a long ruler and told us what he measured would warrant a replacement. For some reason, his supervisor and Macys said he reported a 1” divot. We had another service provider come out (10/7/25). This person used a string that was clearly not level, in that he was pulling the string lower to show a lower divot. He told us he measured a 0.5” divot in the bed, so I asked if I could take a photo and call his company at 800-949-3876 while he was there to clarify. He refused and rushed out without answering any more questions. I have submitted a formal complaint with Macys. I was told that a manager at Tristate would call me but they never did. I called Tristate again and spoke with Chantelle, a manager. She said it was the first she heard of it. I let her know that falsifying documentation to ensure that insurance will not remediate the issue is unlawful and she said she would no longer speak. This company is committing fraud. I’ve included a photo of the service representative as well.

Awful. Representative Sam arrived in a car without any cleaning equipment and I could tell from minute one he was going to be an issue. Before I removed all the covering on my couch which needed to be cleaned he was coming up with reasons why he cant clean it.
You can tell this guy was just looking for an excuse to not do his job and leave. He called the home office on my phone and started to walk out. I told him to please stay as he is waiting by the door. Once I realized that he didn't have any cleaning equipment with him, I told him to leave. Called Tri-State three times and have yet to hear back from a supervisor although they assured me they are looking into it.
STAY AWAY from this company!!! Lazy workers=terrible service. I wasted two hours this morning waiting for them to do their job and they didn't. Don't waste your time too!
