process was very smooth. Consultant came on time and was well equipped with his tools. There was a small issue with the sprinkler control system where the fuse and connection was down for some reason. Consultant took time to see the issue, planned a back-up and completed the process to satisfaction.

When I called they are very pleasant.  Very prompt in showing up for appointment.  Sketched design out beautifully.  Did not bother having any other service provider come take a look.  They showed up to work on the hottest day of the year.  Get all the sprinkler heads installed and lines.  Worked within the needs of my spouse for his garden.  Cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, you hardly noticed they were even here except for the sprinklers they installed.  I refer them to friends without hesitation.

We had some broken heads and it took them 10 days to finally come.  They are not local so they route their technicians according to job by town.  If they are full that day then you hare moved to the following week.  We were the last appointment the first time they tried to come but the technician ran late and it was already after hours so we were rescheduled to the following week.  When they did come ( a week later) they just changed the heads and didn't do a through check of the system for spots that were not receiving water.  While they were here, I asked for a quote to convert some heads in a flower bed to drip irrigation and they wanted me to overhaul our entire system.  I asked for a second opinion from a sprinkler company my neighbors use, he came that evening at 8 pm to give me a quote.  When I had a broken (hose) spigot, he came the following day.  Ecosystems is not as responsive as Id like.

Initially scheduled the spring start-up of my lawn irrigation system which was done satisfactory.  The technician provided some irrigation recommendations as well as provided some feedback on some of my concerns with the current system.  However, I needed to schedule an appointment with an estimator to come to my property and properly evaluate the project.  It's been 3 weeks since my initial contact with the service provider, with daily phone calls trying to schedule an appointment with an estimator.  Last week I finally got a hold of someone that was able to schedule an appointment.  The appointment was scheduled for Friday evening.  I left early from work in order to make this appointment on time.  The estimator never showed up and I have yet received a phone call from this service provider about the appointment that was missed.  I called yesterday to follow-up, and yet again no return phone.  The office is unprofessional and disorganize.  They do not return phone calls or answer their phones.

"[Member Name Removed]. I am sorry that there seems to be a misunderstanding. Unlike many of our competitors, we have 6 full time people in the office and try to be diligent in returning calls. And while it’s not impossible for someone to fall through the cracks, that doesn’t seem to be the case here. We originally visited your home on the 30th of May when the technician made those recommendations. We document all of the calls and emails that come into and out of the office and our notes indicate that the office called and left a voice mail for you on June 1 to schedule an estimate appointment. After getting no response, we called and left another voice mail on June 11. It's noted that the first time we received a return call from you was on June 15th when you spoke with someone in our office but the person who could make an appointment for you was not available. It shows that person returned your call on the 16th and again left a voice mail. Finally an appointment was scheduled and while it’s true that we needed to reschedule it, you were called. A voice mail was left again. Finally both a voice mail and email were sent to you yesterday. The number we’ve been calling is correct as your name is stated on the voice mail. The email is correct as we corresponded with you via email to schedule your original appointment. Every call we made to you, including the confirmation calls for your appointments, was left on your voice mail. I’m sorry we weren’t able to connect, but it simply isn’t true that no one returned your calls or answered the phone."

Great. He got there around 230pm,earlier than the 4-7pm window. I couldn't make it home from work early so I called my credit card info in and he was able to give me a quote before performing the work. When I arrived home everything was fixed.

The technician can't find the blow out pipe, he blow out the water thought my whole house water systems. I will never used this company again.

Provider who wanted to do repairs, could not tell me what the warrantee was for the sprinkler heads they were installing, they provided  bad first start up, and I had to call them back again to do the start up again.  The person they sent out was unprofessional and I did not feel like they were honest based upon the things they were saying. They kept saying, "well because sprinklers are a luxury, your going to pay to get them repaired." I absolutely hated that. My first thought was that I need to get another estimate! On the second start up, they gave me a completely different analysis of what had to be repaired, but at least they were thorough and gave me a price for repair. I did not have them do the repairs yet, because, I did not feel comfortable about there fees, They seemed high. Sprinkler heads are under $10 online, and they wanted $50, plus labor. I am almost thinking I can do this myself.

They were very professional. They gave me the pamphlet, and we went over the back yard and he drew the plan for me right away. We sat down and he went over a detailed plan that he wanted to do, like how many zones, how many sprinkler heads, the box and everything. He went over the services he provides, such as the size of the sprinklers. It was pretty impressive.
