Went very well. Didn't try to rip me off claiming I needed freon in my second unit when they checked it. Have had other companies for AC try to hit me up for both units at one time or even more, push me to replace both units instead of adding freon. Arctic Air is very responsible.

They came and checked it out, it was fine. About a week and half later I had an issue. It wouldn't go on. They came right out immediately. He spent a ton of time here and he checked everything. He said that the furnace is fine and everything looks good, but I was not getting electricity. He said I may have to get an electrician, but he said before he was going to leave he wanted to check something. I never in a million years would have thought of this, but in the emergency switch you have for your furnace, one of the wires came loose. He was here for a long time and they didn't even charge me. Their prices are great. They're excellent.

They come twice a year. I love the people who work for them. The people who come to the house are great. They know their stuff. They are professional, courteous and they really do try to help you. With the maintenance check, it is always excellent on everything.

They do very good work. They come when they say they are going to come. If there is any problem at all, they take care of it right away. They are in the middle of the road on price. They are not cheap, but they’re not more than the competition.

Very well. Arctic Air delivered bigtime when i needed them most. Was without heat in sub freezing temperatures and they ordered the required part and installed as promised and just in the nick of time as a huge blizzard will be arriving tomorrow!
