"Louise, thank you for the review and feedback. However, our customers know the old adage. You get what you pay for. We know that professionalism, efficiency, and quality are our greatest selling points. There are some differences between our professional services and those of a local hardware store. Firstly, we respond, immediately to our customer requests day or night. Louise?s call came in late on a Saturday afternoon. Surely, the hardware store had already closed its doors for the day. We not only answered her call, but also went out to her home within the same hour, rescreened the screens, reinstalled them in her windows and cleaned up."
