Excellent.  Lester was the crew foreman, they called and let me know they were running late.  They were very nice, polite and did a good job.  Cleaned up after themselves and Lester was very comedic.  It was a total enjoyable experience.

No. 1 Cleaners was responsive from start to finish.  A real person answered the phone when I called for pricing and provided information about the process and their services.  The technician arrived on time and was professional and personable.  He was concerned about cleanliness, wore coverings over his shoes and cleaned up the minimal traces of any dirt or dust.  He offerred to show me the before and after effects which I was eager to see and it convinced me that the cleaning was really necessary.  Because my house is small (7 registers, 2 main ducts) the entire process was done in less than 2 hours.  I like working with small businesses who put the focus on customer service.  I would recommend No. 1 Cleaners to family and friends.

It was a big job.  They came on time.  They were very professional.  They explained everything.  They treated the house like it was their own and they were not corporate.  They cared about making sure what I cared about.  It was well managed.  I work from home so I couldn't be disturbed during certain hours and they really worked with me to make sure what was important to me, was managed.  They moved the furniture and took care of the area really well and not like the previous corporate companies I dealt with.  The guy who came out, his name was Dave.

They were on time and did a good job with the work. I give them As across the board and would use them again.

I was satisfied. They cleaned out the vents, and did a good job for the money I spent.  I have friends that have spent more, and had a more serious cleaning. You get what you pay for.  Number 1 Cleaners had a small hose with a nozzle and they sucked out what they could. They did what they said they were going to do.  They were here on time, and they were good. Next time, I will have a more thorough job done, and I'll use a company with bigger machines. You can dust the floor with a little mop, or you can get down on your knees and scrub it.  Next time we are going to scrub it.

David and Michael worked fast and with great care. They explained everything as they proceeded. It was a pleasant experience!

I was very impressed with the job done. The expertise exhibited by Number 1 Cleaner staff was exceptional. He explained what the job involves and at each stage explained more and showed me some "before" and "after" status. The staff was very respectful.

I must say that I was very pleased with the service , david and alex were very polite and professional  they even show me the before and after and how much debris I had in the ducts .  They did a great job .david mention to me that I should clean the ducts again in two-three years and I will definitely use them again.

The team arrived a bit late because the prior customer had added some additional work upon their arrival.  I explained that our two-year old  grandson was home from school due to illness and asked them to minimize the noise.  (We were baby sitting at the time.)  They worked very quickly and efficiently as I spent the entire time with them and followed the workers around.  The man in charge, David, explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions.  He was especially solicitous toward our grandson and even allowed him to "help" him blow out one of the ducts, since the loud had noise disturbed him.  (I thought that this was very wise and demonstrated a high level of professionalism.)  David had difficulty cleaning out the dryer duct and had to use a different method, cleaning from the outside rather than the inside.  This change allowed them to do a better clean out.  When they had finished they replaced the furniture and cleaned up their debris.  Since I watched the work so closely I can say that they did a superb job and I certainly will have them return next time.  They were highly professional and friendly.  We probably will also avail ourselves of some of their other services.  I recommend this company very highly.

They were a little bit expensive, but it was worth it.  They were courteous and did a really good job.  Everything looked good.  I would use them again in the future if need be.           

    Paul and Walter arrived on time as promised....evaluated the extent of the job, and gave me a price accordingly. They were professional, well trained, and did NOT try to sell me on "additionals". Paul gave me an estimate of how long the job would take...and stuck to the schedule. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Paul went above and beyond and  brought things to my attention that needed to be addressed, such as a leaking hose in my blower unit. I would (and have) recommend this company to anyone who needs a good duct cleaning.

They arrived slightly late. They pressured us greatly to get our air ducts sanitized for an additional fee, even when we said several times we didn't want it. But they finally took no for an answer and did the job as we wanted them to. The end results were good; our allergy symptoms lessened.

Called up several people for an estimate. When I called them up, the owner told me that sanitizing was included. I told him I had a coupon for an additional amount off. I counted the supply and return vents for him to get a more accurate estimate. I thought they had the best estimate and went with them. For 2 systems and about 25 supply ducts (return ducts are included), the estimate was $600 plus some. When they came, I was told that there was no access and they needed to create them which was an additional $80. Then they told me that sanitizing was not included and that it was $89 per system. I talked with the owner and only then paid one system's price. Then I was told that the price I was quoted for the two systems $550 included the coupon discount. The dryer duct cleaning was $49. The whole bill ended up at $1000 (including tax). I felt that the original estimate was not accurate and would not trust them again unless I got a quote in writing. However, they did do a good job and even showed me what they had cleaned out.

Very professional from start to finish. Very responsive scheduling. I had to cancel the night before my first appointment and the company rescheduled a day later, no questions asked. The arrived exactly on time. The two men were very polite and professional. They explained all facets of the work in detail and answered all my questions. There was no "hard sell" on other services and the price I was quoted on the phone was the price I paid. I have two indoor cats who were spooked by the noise of the vacuum. The workers made the extra effort to locate their equipment on the far side of my house so that no doors or windows had to be left open so my cats were safe inside. They are also NADCA certified. The service is more expensive than others advertised, but not unreasonable considering the service provided and the professionalism of the company and the workers.

They cleaned all our ducts as advertised, and also cleaned our furnace filter for free, which was a nice gesture. They told us 'the last person who cleaned your ducts just cleaned out your pocketbook', which may have been a subtle way to tell us our ducts were dirty. They had an August 2008 special price of $279 for the first 10 ducts, plus $15 for each additional duct. They will take any credit card you have and do not charge extra if you give them a credit card. They told us nothing would get dirty in the process, but their service did leave dirt marks on all of our stairs, not really bad, but definitely noticeable. As they also do carpet cleaning, one would have hoped they'd offer to clean our stairs for free after that. So, the actual duct cleaning service was done well, but they could have been more careful about getting our stairs dirty after telling us that there would be no dirt traces. Note the EPA has an article which states that duct cleaning is normally unnecessary except in a few circumstances. In addition, another HVAC contractor gave us an article stating the same thing. I'd recommend you folks researching this online prior to having duct cleaning done by anyone. So, that's the skinny on these guys.
