Went to get a diagnostic done on grandma's 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe, the window is broken along with several other issues. Tried explaining this to staff multiple times, was cursed at since "I don't know what this guys f**king problem is." Could hear them just fine, wonder if they would treat someone with mutism, hearing issues, extreme autism or similar disability with such attitude? How about my 86 year old grandmother who can't yell if her life depended on it and was terrified at the prospect of going to the dealership for a diagnostic? Stay classy, your company is all smoke and mirrors, run by parasites. Guy at TacoBell herd me just fine through that same window BTW.

This is during covid, I set up an appointment to test drive a Hyundai palisade SEL and when I went there found out they didn't have the 8 seater I wanted. So I asked if I could still drive it and the sales guy wanted me to commit to put a deposit down to test drive another one because they didn't want to run up the miles on a car I might not buy. Although I haven't bought a car in 20 years i thought car salespersons (heck any sales person) would have wanted to help the customer out, but not this bunch. What really had me peeved was us taking the risk to go out there with masks etc. if you care about a customer running up 2 miles in your car, please do your customer a favor and don't invite them in for a test drive!

We visited Global Auto Mall in order to purchase a 2014 Hyundai Sonata Limited using the Costco no haggle price plan. We spoke
with an internet salesperson on the phone and made an appointment to come in to test drive the car. When we got there, the internet salesperson turned us over to a different salesperson. He took us up to their lot to pick a car to drive, and the first thing we noticed was that every car had an additional sticker with approximately $1800 of features that were added by the dealership. That
was an immediate red flag. We test drove the car and the salesman told us nothing about its features while we drove. When we got back to the showroom, he went to get a price for the car. He left us standing in the showroom and never asked us to sit at his desk. He then proceeded to come back with a sheet of paper which he showed us while we were standing in the showroom. A group of people walked into the showroom at that point who he seemed to know. He proceeded to rush us out and told us to call him if we had any questions, and he went over to talk with the people who walked in. We left there, drove 50 miles to Freehold Hyundai and bought the car that we wanted that day. It was a much better experience and well worth the drive. The price was $1000 under Global, and there were no dealer add ons.

The salesmen were very helpful in explaining the details of the financing and all about the car.

We did have some issues with the financing, but it all worked out in the end.

We all know car salesmen are pushy, but these guys were pretty decent to deal with.

I have purchased three other vehicles from them in the past. They sell a wide assortment of auto makers from Hyundai to Chevrolet. The people who were at the sales desk were okay. I think that they did an okay job of helping me. I continue to take my vehicle to them for servicing, however they have terrible service. If I take it in for an oil change it can take up to three hours. I have a service contract with them, so I will continue to use them in the future.

They try hard to be the best. The dealership is nice looking and the customer service is always very helpful. Some mistakes happened, but the service was still good. I think they are a good company.
