Absolute rip off, do not use them for generator maintenance. They do not honor prices given and will overcharge you. Sone of their techs are messy and when you need them in an emergency, you will not get help even if they say they are sending someone out. They will not show up because you got bumped, and the company wont notify you.

We needed to replace our automatic standby generator, which had started to give us trouble and costly repairs several years after installation. We decided to go with Bold, because I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge displayed by the owner when he came out to my house for an estimate, and several people had also recommended them. Their office team is top notch, and took us seamlessly through the installation process, including scheduling all the necessary town inspections. At our à ¢à  à  start upà ¢à  à  appointment, Tommy was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and asked several times about our experience, if there were things Bold could improve upon, why we chose them, etc, Ità ¢à  à  s rare than Ià ¢à  à  ve had a company ask me these kinds of questions, and it further affirmed my decision to go with them. The start up appointment happened in the morning, and later that night we had a 5 hour power outage (unfortunately a common occurrence in our area). We had power the whole time thanks to our newly installed generator!

The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The project hit a small snag when the in-wall heater I bought from Amazon came in damaged. Bold took this in stride, advised me on how to get a replacement, and came back when the replacement was received. The pricing was reasonable and I am very pleased with the results of the projects. Based upon my experience, I highly recommend Bold Electric.

We hired Bold Electric to install ventilation fans in our bathrooms and change out the attic fan. We are very happy with the work; the fans are so quiet and powerful. The pricing is competitive and the response was quick and efficient. The electricians lefted everything cleaner than before they arrived. Everything was explained before work was done, even down to the type of switch used. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality electricians.
