I hired Eric Primavera to install a new heating system/boiler and radiators in my home. He assured us that everything was installed correctly, inspected thoroughly, and working perfectly. Because the installation was completed in mid-August, we did not test the system immediately and unfortunately trusted his word. When we later had the work inspected by Reiner, they confirmed the system had been installed poorly and incorrectly. Once the heat was turned on, multiple pipes burst and water leaked into our brand-new living room. Despite paying Eric to replace all the pipes and radiators, it became clear that the work was never actually done. For weeks we attempted to contact him via text and email, but he refused to respond. Eric knew that my elderly mother and young child live in this home, yet showed no concern for the unsafe conditions he left us with. He takes payment but does not complete the work, and he does not stand behind the quality of his services.

Do not hire this contractor. Eric and his crew, including his son, were completely unprofessional and did a horrendous job on our home. They damaged many of our belongings and created an unsafe environment for my 1.5-year-old daughter and our dog. The project was completed more than four months past the contract date, and the heating system they installed is a complete mess ? installed incorrectly, non-functional, and unsafe. His crew clearly did not know what they were doing, yet still claimed the work was complete. Now we have no working heat, and I have both a baby and an elderly mother living with me. I reached out to Eric multiple times to rectify the situation and received no response. He and his team were disrespectful to us and our property. Their work is extremely poor quality, and they refuse to correct their mistakes. Do not waste your time or money ? Eric is not to be trusted.

Wow! I am SO happy with my new bathroom and kitchen! My house looks STUNNING! They did a phenomenal job and they were fast, professional and WAY more affordable than 3 other quotes I received!! I love my house now and I cant stop staring at my new floor, shower, vanity and everything came out EVEN BETTER THAN I HAD IMAGINED. There are a lot of great things I could say about the Primavera Group, because I am truly and completely satisfied with their remodel of my entire apartment: kitchen, bathroom, and new hardwood floors. But I’m going to synthesize it all down to one thing: Eric and the Primavera Group are more concerned about the quality of the work they do than they are about the money they make doing it. I’d hire this company for any other renovation in a heartbeat.
