+ -1 moreI called Dash to fix my big screen TV (DLP) which was less than a year old and was having intermittent, recurring issues that included randomly turning off and turning on with sound but no picture. The owner/operator, Robert Blondina, came to my house and told me he didn't know what was wrong with the TV. So he replaced the ballast and told me if that doesn't fix the issue to call him back. It didn't fix the issue. Subsequent calls to Robert when unanswered and unreturned. Googling this business results in similar stories. I have no problem with a contractor who isn't sure of the root cause of a problem I'm having, as long as they are willing to work with me to figure it out. This guy took my money and ran. Not recommended.
