Juan gave us a reasonable quote on the phone and that was the price. He installed a new outlet for us and replaced a basement light fixture. The outlet had to be in a precise spot, and Juan was able to place perfectly. He cleaned up afterward. He was very pleasant and friendly. We would definitely use him again.

Almedia (Juan) did a great job on installing a chandelier as well as the multi-pole switch. He and his team arrived slightly late (evening), and diligently setup and installed the chandelier over the next 3-4 hours. There were a couple of minor fixes that he took care of during a second visit. Juan was very professional, responsive, responsible and charges reasonably for his services. I'd highly recommend him

Juan installed exhaust fans in two bath and attic fan in our house we just bought. We got to know big surprise on one bathroom ceiling but he solved the issue without any problem. I hired Juan to hang a chandelier. His estimate was very competitive. He was very professional and did great work. He took care to explain that the chandelier might need a support installed, but in the end was able to secure it in the attic. (The job was to hang a chandelier in an 18 foot high great room). He respected my property which is very important to me. A couple days later I needed him to come out for a suspected problem with the power to my sewer pump. He understood the urgency and came right out to help. He found no issues and only charged me for a survice call. Enough said.
