Passaic Bergen Water Softening did an excellent job of installing our unit. They not only installed the unit, but also did a water bypass connection to our sprinkler system. They are complete professionals - set up an appointment, came on time, performed the job cleanly. We recommend them highly.

They squeezed us into their and our busy schedules, and showed up right on time. Joe identified the problem(s) very quickly, and resolved them just as quickly. No upselling, and he showed me all the things that needed service or replacement - and it was OBVIOUS why they needed work. Very clear about what was needed, very friendly. Excellent value for the work.

I had some issues with my RO system that they had installed. I emailed them about it and even though we had exceeded a year, John immediately came and replaced the system for us. It was a 24 hour turnaround from the time I had sent the email to the time that he got out here. I appreciate the service and the company standing by its product

I wish all business owners operated in this fashion. On time, with an awesome attitude, took the time to educate us on our water softener that they didn't even install. Not once did they try to sell us anything, it was just pure quality. Because of they way they treated us, I will always use them and recommend them. 

P.S Their pricing on a full system installed is worth every penny.  Going the DIY route on these kinds of things just end up costing more in the long run.

I had done a lot of research on softener brands and gotten a few quotes prior to deciding on Passaic Bergen. I chose them based on price, quality of products offered and most importantly customer service. Out of all the vendors they had slightly better prices, but I found that they did not pressure me to close the deal and were completely honest with the different products and terminology behind them. Their customer service is great. They are promptly available for questions I had pre and post install. Their labor warranty was better than other vendors. The install itself was cleanly. Overall I'm satisfied with decision to go with Passaic Bergen and hope you will be too.

The owner, Johnny, showed up right on time and cheerfully checked over my water softener and it's programming.  He then made sure I understood it's operation and what I need to do to ensure it continues to operate properly.  Terrific service!

We were extremely happy with their work.  They were prompt and very neat.  The installer was very  pleasant to deal with and was extremely efficient.  We would definitely recommend this company.

The salesman was knowledgeable and downright friendly.  The person with whom I spoke on the phone was very nice and helpful.  The installation went well.  Both the salesman and installer showed up when they said they would.  There was a minor miscommunication on the cost, which the provider corrected immediately and without question.  I got everything I was promised.  It was good working with the provider.  I highly recommend them.

The provider was on time for delivery and setup.  The installation was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up the work area so as not to know they were there.

I couldn't have had a more positive experience. John was terrific. Punctual, professional and absolutely thorough in his evaluation and maintenance of our system. He took extra time to talk me through how the system worked conceptually and practically. Discussed maintenance that I can do without engaging him and even took the time to help me download the latest care and maintenance model. We discussed upgrades that could be made in the future, but also determined that there was no urgency. I appreciated the comprehensive information without the hard sell. I will call on John again and highly recommend Passaic Bergen Water Softening.
