Thank you for the positive grades in several categories. We strive to explain all of our services and provide pricing before any work is starting to strive for your satisfaction. A price at your location was provided before we started any work with your acceptance to complete all task. "Ms. [Member Name Removed], First let me apologize to you for not having the excellent customer experience we strive for at Mark Lindsay and Son Plumbing & Heating. We made many mistakes including on our first repair we only verbally stated the tightening of the fitting August 3rd was a temporary repair. A Quote was provided to run a new feed line for $249 after all discounts for a permanent repair. The material was copper. When Mark Lindsay Plumbing return August 4th the Sr Tech realized the 15 Ft copper line quoted was not going to work being closer to 25 ft. Mark Lindsay and Plumbing should have stop right there, return for extra materials and complete the job per the quote. This again we apologize for and will be discussed with both Technicians the first Tech that quoted to get proper measurements and the 2nd Tech which should of completed the work with the extra materials not for the additional $100 in cost. The 2nd Tech quoted a different material besides copper with press fittings at the higher price you stated. When our office manager called to reply to your concerns your only resolution was completing all work at no charge or receive negative reviews. Our understanding unfortunately is you already resolved this issue and we cannot do work for free to avoid a negative review. I am positive we could have resolved fully this repair to your satisfaction. Mark Lindsay and Son Plumbing and Heating will fully reimburse all charges on the $69 invoice from diagnosis and quote visit August 3rd. Everyday is a training opportunity and Mark Lindsay and Son Plumbing & Heating take pride in admitting to our mistakes but learning from them to make all customers experience 100% satisfied in the future."
