Beware of using this company they came out several times to fix my furnace. One time they came out said it was a computer glitch an hour later the same problem and they came out and replaced almost $500 part couple hours later had the same problem again all this company does is change parts and hope for the best do not use them. Their managers will not return phone calls. I’ve tried several times.

Less than one year ago, they installed a brand new 2 stage furnace and heat pump. It has never worked properly. My electric bills tripled, even when the system was not calling for heat or air. This winter, the system never reaches the desired temperature. They have come back a few times, but it has now been a month since they were last here. I have called and emailed. They state someone will call me, but no one has. I had many companies quote my new system; I chose this company for its reputation for service. What a mistake. I waited to write a review, as I don't normally like to criticize companies, but I find this situation completely unacceptable.

Service technician was nice and answered all my questions. Service to boiler was not so great. Same issue kept happening immediately after he left. I ended up getting the boiler running and a few weeks later, same issue happened. Called back and Service manager told me there's nothing else he can do. Basically told me to to freeze. Great service Mark Lindsay!

When pseg have me a we are closed Sunday's I called Mark Lindsay plumbing at 330am and spoke to a live person!and after only 1 ring! By 6am on a snowy Sunday morning they called and said a tech would be out between 7am and 9am and arrived on time. Though it costed alot more than i hoped it was fixed and now have heat.

Originally we were going to have a simple white acrylic shower installed in our master bathroom but after speaking with Mike and seeing all the samples, he also suggested a style/color that I loved. I'm so glad he did because our shower looks fabulous. Mike and Dan did a fantastic work and were very personable. Their work exceeded our expectations. We had quite alot of questions and Mike politely answered all our questions. We liked their work so much that we decided to have our shower doors replaced in our second bath. Great! Boiler problems Saturday morning. Called and left message. Got a call back within 1-2 hours. Kenny came right out and was able to do some things right away so we had heat immediately, and ordered parts for the rest. Did regular maintenance while he was here and returned with the sensors that had failed. Prompt, polite, professional, and we have heat. Would not use anyone else. Price would have been cheaper if we had scheduled service rather than having him come out immediately on a Saturday morning, but worth it. I really liked Kenny. Some people don't like you asking questions and don't want to be bothered. For an expensive appliance that's not working (bought from someone else years ago), I want to see what's really going on and understand. Kenny took the time to explain what the problem was, how he was fixing it, and answered all my questions, rather than just handing me a bill at the end. I'm sure everyone at Mark Lindsay is great but I would ask for him by name.

The job went well and was on time. We were told about a week and that is what it took. They protected our hardwood floors and cleaned up each day when they were done. Very polite and they explained everything . Ron was right on the mark with the bar placement in the shower stall. Chris did a fabulous job with tile in the shower stall I just love it. Ron does a tremendous job with the plaster board and spackle everything was smooth and ready for paint. I have already recommended him to my mom who needs a handicapped bathroom as well. Tom was a big help to Ron each day he was here taking the old tub surround out , the old popcorn ceiling down helping with tools and clean-up. Jorge took care of the plumbing and so far no complaints.. Ron was a Great team leader and coordinator of this job.

Mentioned that we heard “gurgling sounds” coming from our baseboard heating system. Tech said that this was the result of air in the pipes. He pointed that the existing air separator and expansion tank were badly corroded (visibly) and needed replacement. Had to go out and get a replacement tank and was completed with the work in 3 hours, including gas boiler maintenance items. Replaced a thermocouple at no charge as a precaution of future problems.

After an initial exam of the system, he explained the problem and what he needed to do to make the repair. Drew was very punctual, good communications and very polite; definitely a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions without hesitation. He explained clearly what the problem was, the parts needed and the cost on labor before starting the work, so we were on the same page. With my permission, he performed the repair (replace leaky pressure relief valve and expansion tank) and cleanup the area upon completion and took all the broken parts with him. The area was as clean as nothing had happened. For the quality, I think the price was justified.

This experience was exceptional! From the start of scheduling the appointment to the appointment date everything was smooth, professional and easy to do. When the technician was on his way, I received a text alerting me of that and it also included his picture. This provided peace of mind and readiness to welcome the tech.
