"There is no defective Window, his complaining that there is a micro spot that can only see it from 7:30am to 8am, when the sun is in that specific position, he wants me to come to check it by myself but has to be that time in the morning so i can see the defective spot.. He just wants to create problems. Ask him to prove it, to show the defective window, video, photo or anything."

"Came to his house in November 30, he has one small window in the attic that he wants install glass on it, frame was totally broken, there was no glass so he has something covering the hole(gap) in his house, unfortunately I took that broke sash to try to fix it, it wasn’t possible to fix the wood was all rotten and it broke even more, I couldn’t fix it and i told him that this could happen, i never told him i would make a new wood window sash for him, we don’t do that kind work, this is something we never do here, we don’t repair residential windows frame, we do glass work , but i tried to help him, he said the job was $300,00 so where is the estimate or invoice, where is the receipt for the deposit? How can you call me a thief, if you never paid me anything.. every single job or client we have deposit was paid and the job was completed. You estimate doesn’t even have price just because i said i was going to try fix that frame but if not it wasn’t gonna my responsibility."

"We have replaced the glass, we give guarantee on the insulation, there is no way we guarantee breakage on glass, we took pictures of the completed job and a signature as it was done, one week later they call saying the glass was broken again, i said that wasn’t our fault, she blamed the tenant that has broken the window, she was very arrogant and treating me for bad reviews all over internet if i do not replace the glass again, she wants me to stop everything to come to give her a analysis to see why the glass broken again, i said ok i will come, but she wants on her time, like, she gave 1 option Monday 4pm sharp, not considering my availability, not even ask if I could, on the installation day she made me wait 1:30hours to get paid, not considering my time and the fact that i had more appointments. I’ve replaced 650+ windows 2019 not even 1 complaining about broken glass after we replace it, they have a lot kids in that house, they play around kicking a ball all over the place, probably the same reason that they had it broke first time. I’ve no problem to come back and help figure out thing but the way she act is very offensive and keeping treat me. However who knows me knows that I don’t mind to help, but I deserve respect as a human as man, to be honest mu worst client over 25 years doing this business, she everything for free, very cheap person, very problematic woman, There is reason why we kept 5 stars, but some people just have no respect and are very cheap, she tough that treating me for bad reviews i would just let her be racist and discriminative with me. Im here to answer any questions and proof that she is a lier."

"First the serving was not done. We had to reschedule the job because of the weather, we give 10 year guarantee on our insulated glass but we cannot install it under rain, I explain mrs [Member Name Removed] and she insisted to have the glass installed, i agreed to install it but I wouldn’t be able Guarantee the service in that weather situation, she again disagreed saying that she wanna it done that day in that weather conditions and with the guarantee, i said I couldn’t do it that way and we would install it first thing in the morning next day, she didn’t wanted and asked for the deposit back and we returned the money right the way."
