Description of Work: Installed 13 windows, with clear screens and "Window Deviders. The deviders were flimsy and broke easily so di the screen. They had stated they guaranteed all of the items but when time came for them to do so they stated we no longer cover them. The installers were functionl but one in particular was unprofessional in the way he addressed me and was way too familiar.

Description of Work: Quick to send the slick sales person; installers damaged a wall and dresser and a molding is split needing replacement; unresponsive to repeated requests to repair damage which is now more than 6 weeks; good product, very expensive.

As you know, we have arranged to visit you this Saturday morning to remedy the issues you referenced. As we do not have the skills to repair your dresser, we will provide you with the contact information for companies that provide outstanding furniture repair services. Of course, we will fully reimburse you for any costs associated with this service. Again, we are very sorry for your inconvenience we may have caused you or your family. We will do everything in our power to ensure that when we leave on Saturday we will have addressed any of your issues to your complete satisfaction. Description of Work: Replaced four windows. Didn't like that there was a bit of pressure to sign the same night you saw the presentation. Would recommend do your homework with other providers prior to seeing these guys. They are expensive but if they do what they're meant to do and last as they should, it will be worth the extra money. The person who came out to measure was great and installers were really terrific. All done very professionally. It was not a typical job since it was going into my 80 year old log cabin, no two windows are the same and not one was level. The installers had to be able to adapt and properly fit window and fill with wood to make it an airtight fit. Very good job by all!

Description of Work: Provided three new replacement windows. Very professional - a little pricey but you can see the big difference in quality vs. previous vinyl replacements. I would use them again without hesitation.
