Fantastic customer service! Although it turned out that my problem was solved before the actual plumbing repair appointment, I am super impressed with the speed of call back & appointment scheduling! I won't hesitate to call him with any other issue.

Chris was very professional and fairly priced.as an out-of-state landlord was important to me that my tenant was well taken care of and I was fairly priced for the job. I would highly recommend them to anybody for any plumbing or replacement of faucets and sinks !

Of course, I had an AC problem on a 90 degree day. I asked for service within 24 hours, clicked the button for a quote and received a phone call from Chris in less than 5 minutes, literally. This was at 10:45 in the morning. Even better, he and his crew were at my house before 3 pm. Response was amazing. The issues were diagnosed and work completed in a timely and efficient manner. I really appreciated the time Chris Jr. took to answer my questions and explain the workings of the AC system to me and exactly why my system wasn't running right. Installed faucet and garbage disposal. Very friendly, on-time and professional. Cleaned up after job and even took away the old fixtures and boxes! Chris did a great job and went over instructions with me. The price for the jobs was great and I would hire him again. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a good and honest plumber.
