Greg came out the very next day after I contacted him about collapsed front porch steps and railing, he gave me a reasonable quote, and was back for the next 2 days to complete the job in 90 degree weather!! He's very professional and an obvious expert in his field. I love the finished product, I appreciate him making time to get it done and will definitely hire him for the floating deck I want in my back yard and for any other job that may come up!! Greg is a very talented carpenter and a professional architect. Our deck was in bad shape and we weren't sure if it can be restored. Greg worked on it and finished the restoration for us and it looks almost like a new one now. Our family is very happy with the quality of work. It is always refreshing and fascinating to witness great workmanship. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he pretty much can do any renovation projects from deck restoration to kitchen remodeling to all the way building a brand new home. I am happy to say that we have already hired Greg on a different project.

I was more than pleased with Greg's work .He power washed the deck,and then stained it . He also pointed out a problem that needed to be fixed in the deck structure. Greg is very thorough in his work , and i would happily recommend his work to anyone

Greg Hoffman is a very skilled worker and did everything right and proper. Our deck is looking like new after he power washed it many times. I would hire him back again after a couple of years. He is also a very thoughtful person and a pleasure to work with.

The project began in June and didn't end until August. We were told the guy we spoke with would do 80% of the work but that didn't happen. His "crew" did most of the work & we had a different person almost everyday. Greg was difficult to work with. Many items were broken (water spout was "stripped") or missing after he left. His partner came over one day yelling that we had to make a second payment. The contract called for 1/2 payment up front & remainder at the completion of the job. Greg did ask us for some more money halfway through the work & we gave it to him even though we didn't have to but he never told this to his partner. It was a very unpleasant situation. I could not in good conscience refer him.

"Price was fair, results were excellent, experienced some staffing problems but beyond that my perception was that the job went smoothly. Must be some confusion there, I do not have a partner.Also we were extremely careful and respectful of the property. there was no report of any damage while we were on site and if there was I definitely would?ve made good on it."

My deck rebuild was the third project Greg did for me. He also repaired my mahogany porch and tiled a bathroom floor beautifully. The deck, however, is an absolute work of art. Greg listened to my thoughts about designing a deck with a nautical feel to it, and he drew up amazing plans with more details than I could have envisioned, especially for the very fair price he charged me for the work. Now, instead of a cheap builder's deck that came with my house, I am proud to entertain on my gorgeous new deck. Greg always shows up to work exactly when he says he will, and works diligently until the job is done. Obviously, I highly recommend this company.

Greg honestly has to be the one if the best contractors I've hired. We had a deck and pergola restoration project. He was very sensitive to budget and gave realistic expectations. Rather than recommending something we couldn't afford he made suggestions for our budget. You can clearly see he's passionate about what he does, which is why he does amazing work. With the quality of work he does I'm sure he's in high demand, but I will gladly wait my place in line!

Greg worked on our porch which had water damage and rot in many places. He was able to replace and fix the areas for a very reasonable price and it simply came out great. We had to make some adjustments to the scope of the project as new issues appeared but in all instances Greg was transparent and up front about the costs. We found him very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
