We have taken our cars for service at University Shell for 16+ years. The proprietors and other personnel are always professional, friendly, and honest. If they can suggest a less expensive repair option or, with an older car, don't think a major repair is worth doing, they'll say so. They also give clear explanations of what needs to be done and why.
