Great response time

This company charged me an arm and leg for repair work on 7/8/2020. I had the same issue happened again on 7/22/2020. I had to shut my system down. They came in on 7/23/2020 and checked my system and told me everything is working fine. They are incapable of fixing the issue properly. They never fixed the problem properly in the first place and on top of that pumped 2 lbs. of freon to make money out of me. I paid $371.00 for their work. They have low fares for their initial fees, but horrible customer service. I asked for the detailed receipt from the first work, never got it. All they sent me a receipt from Clover with Totals. I will never recommend this company to anyone again.

Fast and great service

We called on a very warm Saturday evening. Santiago was there a few hours later and repaired our units. We were able to get a good nights sleep.

Extremely responsive and professional! Called on Friday and came to fix the AC issue on Saturday in the morning. The technician George came inside the house wearing a mask and shoe cover. They are knowledgeable, polite and really focus on the needs of the customer. Highly recommended

They were extremely responsive and repaired my air conditioning unit within 24 hours during summer heat wave when I couldn t get any other appointments from many companies who are always seem to be too busy to talk to customers.

Sorry to give a negative review, but our experience with Temperature Masters was very poor. The good part: We called about AC not working on a 3rd floor unit during a week of 90-degree weather. They sent a guy out within a few hours, which was great. The bad part: The guy who came out told me it would be a $400+ repair, which did not make sense based on what he was telling me. When he sent me pics of the unit (it is a rental, so I was not there), it appeared he was looking at the wrong one (it is a condo and the units are clustered in groups of four), but he assured me he tested it and it was the right one. Since I did not want to pay that much for what seemed like a simple service call I contact the original installer who came out the next day. I shared the photos with him, and sure enough, the guy from Temperature Masters was looking at the wrong unit. He was ready to charge me over $400 to work on someone elses AC! In the end, they reimbursed me for the trip charge, so at least they handled it well from a customer service standpoint. Perhaps this is a really good company and I got unlucky with one incompetent technician? Either way, I will not be using them again.

I had hired Temperature Masters for my A/C tune-up. On the first appointment date (a 2 hour window), the technician never showed up. The appointment had to be rescheduled for the next day. He was supposed to call me 20 min before his arrival, but he never did. He just arrived. As everything was working ok with my A/C, the tune-up was done in only 15 minutes ($89 charge). But the technician found my A/C low on refrigerant. He recommended to add 2 pounds of refrigerant and a bottle of sealant (to plug any leaks). The charge was a whopping almost $400. This part of the service was done in only 20 minutes. So overall, I paid $477 for the tune-up, and adding 2 pound refrigerant and a bottle of sealant. This seems to be quite expensive.
