Hired the person for my rental property and to seemed to install the thermostat as intended. A day later the renter called that the thermostat was not working. Couldn't reach Santiago any more more. Ended up with a bad feeling with the renter. He refunded the money but did not fix or explain anything. Will not hire or recommend

They gave me a great price, lower than many others and did the job quickly and professionally. Nice bunch of guys who responded to my questions with curtesy and professionalism. I had a problem with the unit draining and they came quickly to fix the problem.

5 stars all the way!! Santiago and his team are very professional, prompt, informative and thorough. They guaranteed their warranty and did not let me down. I had an issue with water and oil in my evap. coil and the next day they were at my place replacing it. I highly doubt I would have received such prompt attention from another company. Waiting even a couple days in the summer months is torture so the fact they replaced the coil the next day was well beyond my expectations. Would definitely do business with them again!

Santiago was very professional, he knew his work, though a little more pricey than I expected, but overall good work. Certainly recommended and will hire him again if needed.

My air-conditioning unit quit working. Technician replaced a capacitor and charged $270. The price of capacitor is $10-20 online. In addition he added 2lb of freon (I am not sure if it was required) so an entire bill was about $430(after negotiating) . Now you tell me if it is ok that for 15 minutes job I was charged $430.
