Just wanted to send a note of gratitude. The team was kind, thorough and dedicated during the service call today. On the way out they accidentally knocked a small planter on the steps. It was meaningless, and my fault for leaving it there. Not only did they rush to help clean up the small flower, but returned with two new planters to ensure they matched. I was overwhelmed. You have an incredibly dedicated team, and honestly have never experienced that type of care. I have said before you had earned my business, but even more so our respect. Thank you.

Terrible experience. I had water leak from the first floor vent thinking it an HVAC issue. They made a fix by air blowing excess-water pipe and saying the system frosted and it will work based on their experience. Second they tried selling me a new HVAC unit saying the unit went bad and I should upgrade to a new system, since current one can break down anytime. They claimed to be working with my home warranty company, which, when I verified, they were denied of license. After the fix, the water never stopped. I googled a bit, used my brain, and it ended up being a water leak from my kitchen on second floor!!! Wasted my money and time. Would not recommend or hire again.

Technicians were very professional, courteous, and customer conscious. This project was unique in that the bulk of the duct work in my condo resides in the attic of my upstairs neighbor's unit. That said, they performed their work being mindful of this issue by not being intrusive and being aware of time constraints without sacrificing the quality of the work. They also paid close attention to the smallest details of the job including ensuring that the ductwork was not in the way of the doorway without having to ask. I would highly recommend this company to address the homeowners' needs for a contractor.

After resolving issues with the warranty from Amana, the techs at Temperature Masters replaced my furnace. The staff was polite and professional and the installation service was completed quickly.

Santiago is a good guy, very friendly and conversational. Did a thorough job inspecting our central AC unit to make sure it’s ready for the summer. Took the time to speak with my wife and I about what he had done and what needs to be done down the road and even gave us a quote for maintenance to be done in a few months. Reasonable cost and fast service. Highly recommend!

Very professional and excellent with job did on my ductwork. Good communication and on-time. Definitely recommended to anyone needs ductwork to be fixed or replacement.

The technician installed a nest thermostat at a reasonable price, he helped programmed it and showed us how it worked. I recommend this company. The owner was communicative, called when on the way, kept appointment.

Took three visits to get it right and I was grossly over charged

Very professional from estimate to installation!!! Santiago and his crew are very knowledgeable, humble, and honest. He focused on our specific problem and recommended a system that will efficiently solve our issues without the need of oversizing the unit or spending unnecessary $$$. The guys Kept area very clean and Upon completion they explained use of new unit and made it known that they take pride and stand by their work.. Santiago Francisco was excellent in every facet of the project, his discription, pricing, taking the order and installation of ductless splits. George (Jorge?) installed the units, with Santiago.
