Competent service person. Got AC working quickly. Had parts available with him. Immediate evaluation of customer service, professional service person is 5 star. Service result still must be evaluated by my AC's operation over the next few months. Solicit my evaluation again after 12 months for a better evaluation.

Quality work! Very honest and very competitive pricing. We needed our AC condensing unit, coil, and furnace replaced immediately. They made the effort to be available to us and start work very quickly. Very friendly and professional staff. The entire job was done in 1 day and we are extremely happy with the results. Fairly priced, work completed on time with total clean up by crew. They suffered through working in 105 degree in the attic and 95 outside....they definitely earned their money and list some weight. Great company. Came out first to repair duct issues and liked them so much I had them install a 2nd zone for A/C. They are clean, willing to expand on what needs to be done, fast and priced well.

The technicians were right on time and were very courteous. They wrapped their shoes before walking in the house and completed the job very quickly. They only charged for the service call and it was a fair price. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Had to deal with a team. One person for appointment. One person came out. Another called to tell me what needed to be done and the price and then another call to pay air conditioning repair, but never came in the house. 3 lbs of R-22 @ $388 lasted less hours time than it took for him to fill it. Worse experience ever. Then a 12 to 3 pm window had a 4 pm arrival!

I gave them a 5 for value but they serviced my A/C so I assume it will work for quite some time. The technicians were extremely polite and arrived on time and completed the repair work quickly. I strongly recommend this company.

Temperature masters was professional and polite. Their office called me to tell me they were running late for my scheduled appointment but that was the only con.

In the end, work was good and they were transparent, so i would recommend them. But punctuality was way off, they were about 2 hours late and even when they did show up, the first person gave the estimate and the actual technician came another 2 hours later. And by the time he was finished, they wanted to wrap it up and did not fully confirm that it worked. Not sure if 300$ for a condensate pump replacement is the norm. But now it works and they did nothing wrong.
