Nothing but praises for Temperature Masters, LLC. They phoned within 30 seconds of my putting out a request for heating repair, and prompt to arrive and fix my furnace. I saved their number for future repairs. The heating company I used to use, I left a message twice that I had no heat. They never bothered to phone. Will never use them again.

Hi their services are very good but I felt it is costly , and, they do not provide free quote. For example , when they visit they give quote, and, if you do not agree to the quote, they charge for visit.

The professionals that came for the work were very friendly and helpful. When I received the invoice, it did not initially include the discount for the 2nd HVAC system. It was corrected after I brought it up. I set up a follow-up appointment to get a quote for vent cleaning; however, when the technician showed up, he thought he was doing a tune-up and told me that they didn't even do vent cleaning. He told me that the boss would be calling me to explain, but I never got a call. Nonetheless, the work was good and all of the technicians were very nice and professional.

Temperature Masters installed a furnace and AC unit at my home and I am very pleased! As a female homeowner, I have had my fair share of companies attempting to sell me more than what I need. This was not the case with Temperature Masters. They responded quickly to my service request, assessed the situation and provided a couple of options. Santiago explained the quote for installing the units and the process in detail. In addition, he provided information (in writing) about the units recommended and what their quote included. Then, on installation day, the team arrived and started working. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. If I had a question, they asnwered it in a non-judgmental way. I recommend Temperature Masters to anyone who needs to have their furnace or AC unit serviced or is in the market to replace existing units.

Given my prior "no show" experience with other pros at HomeAdvisor I was reluctant to try again, but Temperature Masters proved me wrong. They made the appointment, confirmed it, showed up on time and did a thorough job. I will definitely use them annually to service my natiural gas boiler. Fairly priced as well.

Technician had to return to my home several times because he never tested my boiler to see if the repairs resolved the issue. Charged me two times for repairs and my boiler is STILL not functioning . Very poor technical service, and reasonable pricing

we had no heat for tenant we called temperature master and came on time they are very professional ,on time and not expensive at all above all very hounest. i wish i knew them a long tome ago. i recommend this company. thanks a lot

The company doesn't clarify everything first when they give any estimate. If customer is adding some additional work they don't give estimate for it and charge them along with other estimate.

Hired temperature masters to install a 3 ton 16 seer central air conditioner unit. Excellent customer service, good price. Technicians were professional, did a very clean professional job and finally cleaned up. I highly recommend Temperature Masters, LLC

Technician did not show up on our scheduled appointment. It is their internal communication error. Customer service rep apologized next day, and rescheduled service.

The technician was extremely friendly and professional. He was able to come to my scheduled appointment early and called ahead to ask if that was convenient.

He tried to fix it, and couldn't so he refunded my money. He was honest.

Our AC stopped working and we called Temperature Masters LLC for diagnostic. The technician was polite and provide all the information needed to fix it. Now the AC is back running fine.

The guys who came were on time and did the work fast and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this service.
