They arrived in a timely manner, and carried out the repair in a timely manner. Very professional. Central office of the company demanded full payment before starting the repair. That was the only thing awkward and unusual about them.

Great group of people to work with. Very professional. They stay on top of everything from start to finish. I called one day to replace an air conditioning unit, 2 days later the job was completed. GREAT!!!

They fixed our furnace quickly and were very polite and professional. It was a broken wire. I had another repairman look at it and they told me it had to be replaced as the original manufacture was out of business and parts were not available. I was very happy with the repair and not having to replace the furnace.

Installed a heat pump. First agreed on 16 seer then come back and forth on 16 seer vs 14 seer. Finally decided on 16 seer, but the company got my order confused because of the discussion and installed a 14 seer instead. They offered to reinstall the 16 seer, but I don't want another full day without heat. The result turns out good.

The man who came out to repair a sensor in my Phantom Boiler was knowledgeable and professional. He detected the problem sensor. Unfortunately the replacement part had to be ordered and that added some days to the fix. Once part was in hand, the gentleman got the boiler back up and running. Upon checking the radiators, it was recommended to replace the valve on one. The two men who came to do that job were courteous and prompt, but even after changing the valve, the radiator wouldn't heat fully. A replacement radiator was offered, free of charge. Unfortunately, the replacement radiator had a crack in it, so the techs removed and hauled the old one outside and used a hose to flush it. Finally, the effort paid off and after they put the flushed out radiator with the new valve back in place, it heated from end to end. My Son was happy, as some of this was during the recent 'Polar Vortex'. All in all, a favorable experience that came in at just under $500. The office called consistently to check appointment times and convey information.

Highly recommend superior service. The best contractors I ever use on any house work. One of the coldest days they came out and worked morning till night even some of the guys skip their lunch just to make sure we will have heat before the night ends. I can’t thank them enough!! Temperature Masters, LLC has great customer service. The technician was very professional. He determined the cause of my furnace shutting off. I have a new part for my furnace and time will tell if it shuts off again. I am hopeful it won t.

Temp masters came to bleed my radiator to hopefully silence all of the clanking. Noise remained but the contractor showed up twice to try and fix the problem. They didn't complete the job because the noise never stopped but was we were impressed with their service.

Service is good. But it is very expensive.

They are very respectful and never push customer. Price is reasonable. On time, on budget with very good quality.
