The technician who diagnosed the problem came almost two hours late, but he did do it on a Sunday, which I really appreciated. The y got the part the very next day, and came to install it that morning. The technician who performed the work was very professional and quick. I was happy with the job.

I want to thank Garnelia the manager for getting involved after a long 7 month process, they did come out a resolve the problem in a timely matter once Garnelia got involved, they got to boiler working and I hope it stays that way

I was contacted immediately and a repairman was at my home in 20 minutes. The repairman accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. I was very satisfied and I highly recommend them. I would use them again.

I got called the next day. None of the other service people called. They booked the appointment for that day. The repairman was late but called several times to let me know. That was really nice. He was neat and professional when he got here. The furnace has not been on too much since he left but the few times it has run nicely.

Installed the AC unit nicely with no concerns or issues. We referred to a family friend and they installed the wrong unit.

I don't know much of AC, the technician was forcing me to put refrigerent as well, along with fixing (replacing) the faulty capacitor. Overall it may still be cheaper. Free visit/estimate is a plus, otherwise I would not have called them. Thanks for the service, anyways. I would call them again.
