AC unit needed maintenance and fan needed changing. They called me right away. We scheduled an appointment. They were there within 2 days. They did maintenence and gave us quote on fan replacement. Reasonable price for fan replacement. Will work with them again.

Great service and came the same day I called.

From the first phone call to the completion of the job, Temperature Masters was awesome. They were courteous, professional and thorough. They reviewed everything I needed and provided the best options for me. Once I placed the call, they were at my house within a couple of hours and the job was done the same day. The technicians had to replace my condenser. They totally removed the old unit and replaced it with a high efficiency unit and did a fantastic job installing the new one. The surrounding area looks better than when they started! Thanks Temperature Masters, you are definitely staying in my favorites list!

Replace my compressor and evaporator did neat Job and they were on time

We had an AC emergency, no cold air, on the warmest week of the year yet. Temp Masters came out in short notice and ended up completing a major repair within 24 hours. We are now cool and happy. Thank you!!

I contacted Temperature Masters regarding a yearly spring tune-up on my central a/c unit that was installed 2019. I received a window of 8-10am from the company. By 10:30am no one had come or called. So, I called Temperature Masters. The person with whom I spoke informed me that the tech "tried calling me but must've had the wrong number". He went on to tell me that the technician was delayed due to an emergent situation at the prior stop. And, he took $10 off my $89 price for the central a/c tune-up. He also told me the technician would be at my home within 45-60mins & the technician would call when he was on his way (that was at 10:37am). Needless to say the technician arrived at my home at approximately 12:45pm; and there was no pre-arrival call. I'm not clear for what did I pay $79??? I did call the company while the technician was there but did not get a response so I had to leave a voicemail message. Abel, the technician, also told me that while everything was functioning properly with my central a/c he indicated that the freon was low at 115lbs and recommended I add 1lb (at $99 per lb). I asked Abel if everything was fine with the system why would the freon be low on a system that was just installed in January/February 2019? I also asked if it were true that typically the reason for low freon is a result of a leak? Abel's response was that the unit should contain between 125-130lbs (of freon) for optimal efficiency; and, that there was no leak. Abel added that the company that installed the unit most likely didn't fill the unit with the proper amount of freon. I asked Abel if the unit should be between 125-130lbs then what would 1lb of freon accomplish? Furthermore, I told Abel that if the unit is otherwise functioning properly and there's no leak then as opposed to paying him $99 for freon I would simply contact the company that installed the unit. I also told Abel that when the technician came out last year from the company that installed the unit for the spring tune-up I received an itemized receipt specifically indicating what was done as part of the tune-up. And, I asked Abel if I would receive the same thing from Temperature Masters. Abel told me that it would be forwarded to my email address at the end of the day. So, despite my displeasure with my interaction with Temperature Masters I paid Abel $79. And, after Abel left my home I immediately emailed Temperature Masters. I have yet to receive a response.

From estimating through installation they were excellent. The installation crew worked as neat as I have ever seen a crew work. I would recommend them for any type of HVAC work.

Great service and exceptional professionalism. Santiago was our service technician and he knew his stuff. He was on point with the work that we needed to get done. They are not pushy at all. They only gave me recommendations where warranted and I was explained what those were. Generally, there is a cost for topping off your refrigerant but he did it at no extra cost since it was not much. I originally have hired them for a one time spring tuneup but given my experience, I join their annual membership which covers both heating can cooling service annually. Very cost effective. Definitely would recommend them to my friends and family.

The tech was polite, quick, and efficient! The price was right for the fix, and they were able to send someone out to us on a Sunday afternoon.

Way too expensive

ive decided based on the expert, that it would not be a good idea to do the conversion dye to how my hiuse was built. My current system in place works well and doing the conversion would cause more work and cost for both the contractor and myself. However i do recommend this company due to thr honesty and integrity and the details thst were provided. I definitely would uae them should i purchase another home that would require their services.

Punctual, courteous. Had expected just a tune up for $89 (furnace was running fine). Was told I needed a $100 part, so I paid more than expected, Have no way to evaluate. Furnace running fine as before.

Came after hours, did a quick inspection of the problem and estimate cost to fix. Next day was on time and very professional.
