I hired Mr Santiago after a referral from neighbors. He came in on time, diagnosed the problem, contacted the manufacturer. Since the product was under warranty, they were willing to provide a new water heater. He contacted to the distributor and arranged for the replacement water heater , filled the required paper work , and came to home with a new water heater. After the installation he checked back with me to make sure everything was fine after the installation and the day after. In short, he is the best plumber I have ever dealt with. Honest & Reliable. I would recommend him to my friends & family.
