It went fine. They submitted the appropriate permits and did the work soon after I signed the contract. There have not been any problems with the work. Another company had refused the job when they heard that I wanted the usual permits filed. The other company did not even want to go through channels for the street opening! It was a relief to find a company that would do what was supposed to be done.
