Jersey Steamer did a very nice job. Our kitchen and foyer had turned quite dirty after the grout had almost turned black in color. It was very difficult for us to remove grout. Jersey Steamer completed the job within hours and it came out really clean. The area was little bit more than 300 sq ft, but they just said that they can cover it and would not want to charge extra.
Overall, a very good job from Jersey Steamer and I would like to use them in the nearby future as well as recommend them to friends.

"Unfortunately the floor had areas of discoloration and damage, along with color variations. We try our best on every job, but cleaning alone may not solve certain grout discoloration issues. The only solution is to color the entire floor's grout once it has reached such a condition"

The men were courteous and fast. Took about 2 hrs. Will be calling back to try again with the tough stain in the carpet. I also didn't know they do the tile up to 300 sf. but happy overall with the results and will use again.
