Needed to have a partial roofing job done and was afraid that because it was a relatively small job I would have trouble finding a reputable contractor to do it. I was pleasantly surprised with Magic Roofing. Luis came quickly to give me a quote and not only was his quote the best price, but he threw in a few "extras" and advised me not to replace a vent fan that another contractor told me I had to do and installed a ridge vent instead. I wouldn't hesitate to use Magic again and will recommend them to my friends and family!!

I highly recommend them! I am thinking of having them do the siding for us next year. I like them, they're nice, honest, and if you have a question they answer.

arrived as scheduled, finished the work on schedule and cleaned up after completeing the work.

I scheduled Luis to be here the day of my home inspection. The inspector told Luis exactly what needed to be repaired. Luis took pictures of the roof repairs to make sure he and inspector was in agreement. Afterwards he wrote me out a quote for the repairs which I felt was very reasonable. Luis committed to send two of his crew men in the following day to complete the job. 4 days later no show or no call. 6 days later work was completed but inspector requested pictures to prove work was completed. 10 days later still no pictures. Inspector listed roof repairs undone.

They are top notch and did an excellent job! Luis has a great personality and is very responsible.

Despite the weather, during a heat advisory, on Friday, July 19, they were scheduled to work until 2:00 pm and completed as much as they could until 6:00. I believe they would have finished the gutters if it was not scheduled to rain. They were professional and polite. In addition, Magic Roofing and Siding cleaned up the debris. I would definitely recommend Magic Roofing and Siding to my family and friends. Our roof is beautiful and we were given advice to maintain it by trimming our trees. Thank you very much.

They did an outstanding job! Great price. In and out in 6 hours! This is not a small house and landscape was well protected. Got everything that I paid for and cleened up like they were never here. Couldn't ask for better guys or a better Co. No money up front only paid when I was happy, and I was!!

They were quick to respond to my request for a new roof. Were able to start the roof as soon as I was availble and came when expected to, The crew finished the job even during the rain and tarped the roof during each passing shower. Clean up was done when finished and the boss came to make sure the job was completed. I paid when the job was completed and when I was satisfied.

Real professional company amazing how they completed this job in one day this crew is amazing there efficient and the quality of work is outstanding! Shop no more this is the number one roofing company I've heard nothing but complaints from most others. What stood out to me the most was they want no money till the job is complete if that doesn't speak for there work visit there job site! Oh and I forgot to mention they are extremely affordable. Make sure you get what they tell you. When they came to my house to give me the estimate, they told me they use Tiger Paw instead of regular tar/felt paper. During the installation, I noticed they were putting down the tar/felt paper. When I asked the on site project manager about it, he told me it was the same. When I told him it's not because I could not tear the Tiger Paw with my hands aas I did with the tar paper, he changed his story and said they only use the Tiger Paw on a steep roof. Not what they advertised to me. Although the work is good, they have a problem returning calls.

When I pressed the "Request a Quote" button for Magic Roofing and Siding at about 8:30 in the evening, I was pleasantly surprised when my phone rang just a few minutes later with a call from Luis. After just a few minutes of discussion, Luis quoted me a great price and indicated he could come by the next afternoon. Although he arrived late due to another job, he got to work immediately and got the repair done quickly for the price quoted. Before he left he explained that his company offers independently certified roof installations with a 50 year transferable warranty. I would definitely use Magic Roofing and Siding again.
