Went well but the porch is LEAKING at the same place it was leaking before I spent thousands . I called , told him it was leaking. He told me the warranty was only good for TWO years! His response was " Sorry about that "

Nick and his crew are bar-none exceptional to work with. I would recommend him to any one who needs work done in any capacity at any scale. He's done work for my mother as well and we've been uniformly pleased with both his work and his professionalism.
My only complaint is that there's only one Nick. He's very busy and his services are in-demand (deservedly so!)
My bathroom looks fantastic and I know it was built to the best standards out there and at a fair price.
I would not hesitate to recommend Chomin Builders to any potential clients. You will be happy.
