Lousy! The estimate was for two days worth of work. They got here on time at 8:00AM, and they sneaked out by 3:00 PM on day 1. One guy did a nice job pruning a couple trees. The other guy took a hedge trimmer and chewed up all of my shrubs. I should have been billed for half the estimated price at most. But, instead, the owner said that his bill is based on the work estimated, regardless of poor quality and estimating twice as much time & resources than what were actually used. I feel like I got scammed here!!

The work was done at my next door neighbor's house - the workers started with chainsaws and a chipper at 8am on a Saturday.  We live in a residential neighborhood with many little children who were scared by waking up to the loud noise.  The workers were asked to stop, but couldn't without a supervisor's permission and they were unable to reach the supervisor.  I was unable to reach a live person at Savatree.  Scheduling work for early Saturday morning in residential neighborhoods is a bad business practice and alienates potential customers.

I think it went well. I was not home at the time, but when I came back the work was done. The branches had been cut back from the house, although they were cut back pretty severely, I expect they will grow again. The billing seems a little strange. First I got one bill online which didn't have the Angie's List discount so I called and they told me to wait for another bill in which my Angie's List discount would be applied. I did that and paid that one right away, but a couple of weeks later I still got another bill in the mail. They also billed separately for the treatment to the one tree and the trimming. Still I would use them again. Their people seem very professional and they were reasonably priced.

They are really good. They are the most courteous company I deal with. They are very, very reliable. They always know how to properly treat it the first time and get rid of it. I would give them a five star. They give me an annual plan. Every January, I get options for the services that I want. I think they're very reasonable. They're not inexpensive but they perform quality and great customer service. They're competent. They are a complete service. Whatever you want, they would be able to do it. It's a quality service for a fair price.

I went with another company that was on par with the price of SavATree, but they removed the base of the large tree that SavATree would have charged me extra to do. Also did not put any trucks on my lawn or have to remove fence as SavAtree needed to do. I definitely would recommend them as I have only good things to say, even though I did not hire. They were very professional knowledgeable and thorough with information, and on time.

Our inbound phone inquiries and web forms are carefully tracked, and we never received any type of inquiry from this member. We would welcome an opportunity to provide a consultation in the future."

I am in the process of purchasing a home (we are in contract right now) and I was told that they would not come out to give me an estimate unless I was the home owner. I wanted a Cedar Tree removed from the home since it was leaning very closely to the front porch roof. 
This property also has other trees - you lost business here.

"Although we understand the concerns of this member, it is illegal to trespass onto someone’s property to evaluate a tree for removal. Occasionally we are asked to do this in an effort to have the removal cost deducted from the selling price of the home, but we can only perform our evaluation if we are contacted by the current owner. We are a reputable, licensed, insured firm, and we operate within the law at all times."
