Mr. Burley runs an Class A-1 operation from beginning to end. He is professional and honest, and so is his team. From the moment the room designer, Mr. French, sat with me to discuss my needs and expectations at the beginning to the time the team completed the project having met those expectations at the end, I realized that I was fortunate to have hired this company for the sunroom addition I had wanted for a very long time. Every step of the way, I was advised when the team would be working on my home, and then the crew actually showed up as promised! Barring the uncertainties of January and February weather, the crew was prepared to work in the cold and sometimes light snow to complete the room, which I needed delivered by the end of February. And so it was. Andy, the project manager made sure the work continued without delay. The members of the team worked efficiently and cleaned up after each days' work. The project was completed beautifully and on time, and now the sunroom is perfectly ready for our family wedding. I cannot thank enough for NJ Sunroom Additions/Home Energy Upgrades USA for this wonderful new family space to enjoy rain or shine. Many thanks to the crew who worked on the room in sometimes difficult circumstances. I appreciate your skill and talent. I loved working with everyone at NJ Sunroom Additions. The 5.0 ratings here are truly true. We had some misunderstanding on the type of roof that would be added but Peter was a true gentleman and professional and wanted to make us happy to made some adjustments to our room to get us the right roof. From Brian who helped us with the permits/variances we needed to go through, to Andy who was the project manager to the two guys that actually built our sunroom and deck, were all professional and prompter at replying to text/calls. We just had our neighbors over and they too loved the room and are considering getting one too because of the positive feedback we gave them.

It was hard to find a company that could repair a poly-carbonate roof on a sun room. Paul is an expert. He did a GREAT job!

The work was done professionally, and people showed up when we were told they would show. No complaints at all.

They did exactly what we agreed to, even thought there were a few unexpected bumps along the way, they addressed them promptly, and professionally, without any hassle. Just the way it was always meant to be, but so often is not. We've lived in our 1940's home since 1998, and have always enjoyed its floorplan and how sunny and pleasant it already was. GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND ... After experiencing working with the NJ Sunroom Additions team, I did not want to deal with any other contractors anymore, and requested them to accept acting as the general contractor for the full remodel. To complete our home improvement project, I wanted to transform our cramped kitchen into a highly efficient yet spacious and elegant hub, with a maximum of storage, yet still open to both the formal dining room and this great room, with full view of the private backyard. Solutions were designed collaboratively to maximize every inch, trick the eye through harmony and flow, and create contemporary features - with for example a 60 deep peninsula and breakfast counter that bridges the old and new spaces. I also wanted to create a main level guest suite, combining a powder room and closet off a den: here also, ingenuity, and struggling in the tightest space, while respecting the NJ building code, resulted in a nice and gracious bathroom. Further transforming the den by replacing tight and clumsy windows and patio doors with French doors giving onto the deck and pergola, which in turn adjoins the new great room, truly makes our guests feel like they are staying in a garden room. Often in the longer term, you must expect stains or mold around this many windows, and can't find the same builders to come back and fix their mess... None of that with these rooms: what you see is what you get, they offer a solid warranty, and being the biggest and best manufacturer AND installer, you know they'll be around if someone actually breaks a window. Re. maintenance, as in my case I've also just repainted the whole house... Once again, the level and duration of disruption is excruciating. No such disturbance or expense with these rooms: just wipe if it gets dirty and you're done. Perfect from beginning to end. The roof on my conservatory was completely replaced in one day. Meticulously installed. My property was left in great condition. When the job was done the installer went over everything with me and also checked other areas of the room and educated me on how to keep the windows and door functioning properly. Great experience:)
