Kenny from Horizon was very professional and a great guy. I appreciated his insight. He was just doing his job. He was very pleasant. However, I was disappointed in a tune up amounting to just a check of voltage on my motor and capacitors. I thought there would be cleaning involved and an adding of a pound of freon to my unit as advertised. That didn't happen. I received an estimate of over $700 for the replacement of 3 capacitors. I could replace all 3 for under $50. To charge $650 labor is raping the customer. Then the blower motor (that is NOT multispeed) was estimated at about $1100 replacement. The motor costs $210. So again...I feel raped. For a charge of almost$900 for labor. Unbelievable! I've lost my trust in companies that are so money hungry that they lose sight of reasonable business. I will now change out my own parts as I have no confidence of reasonable pricing. Maybe people can afford to be overcharged about $1100. I can't and I won't if I can help it. Next time I'll use my own voltage meter and check my motor voltage and resistance on my capisiters myself. They should be paying me for their so called "tune-ups" as they are only a ploy to pressure you to buy a new furnace/AC system. Ohh and they won't install a new furnace to an old AC unit and Visa versa. That's what the guy told me. Are you kidding me? He told me it would cost$11,000-17,000 for a new system. My father in law just replaced both for $9,000.... So again a minimum of $2,000 overcharge. Nope, Horizon, your scam won't work with me. I'll be glad to tell everyone I meet and show them your ridiculous estimates!

It went very nicely , Had been a menber of service plan for a few years, I always get my ac and heater check , service man is always polite and friendly, do their job without any problem. Very please with work

Perfectly. My wife and I cannot believe the quality of service we received from the first call the the last. The more most companies talk about good customer service the less they give in many cases, they don’t live up to the promise. Horizon exceeded the promise. I don’t know how they do it but they should patient it. Grateful and appreciative doesn’t express our appreciation. Mike, Mark and Joe get special mention for their attention to detail. The schedulers were professional and courteous. The repairmen arrived as scheduled. They were knowledgeable, skilled and neat. They were quick and cleaned the work area after they were done.

All went very well. Our Technician, Ken, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He went straight to work, had everything checked out and when he was done, he was so neat that I didn't even know he was ever in the house. I highly recommend Horizon Services. Our cost was $89 and that included the heating and air conditioning check up.

Great. I was almost out of Freon. Filter needed to be replaced. Huge difference in cool and how much air is coming out of vents. He also cleaned the vents on the outside unit.

It was good. No problem, on time and given written report. Price was good.

I was upset to pay for the hose wrapping when the whole unit needs to be replaced. I was quoted some ridiculous amounts for repair.

I liked them. They were really good.  They were right on time.  The place was spotless when they left.  I was very pleased with them.  The price was excellent. They had all the tools that they needed.  They just went there and did everything.  They answered all my questions.  I didn't have a problem with them at all.

I am pretty sure the loud noise was the cracking. Like he cracked my furnace. I had to then buy a new furnace. I completely distrust them. Their company has grown very quickly. They are a heating company. I am very suspicious of them, and would never use them again. They sold me this heater that was outrageous. They sold me a furnace that was too expensive. Quality of the installation was good. They were responsive.

They were able to fixed the faucet and he was very knowledgeable.

The service experience was good. There was a problem and they came back. I would use them anytime. I keep using them because of availability and price. The workers are professional and efficient. The clean up well after service.

I think they had a deal for $59.00. They were great. One person came out to complete the service. It took about 40 minutes to complete the work.

They were here and had it replaced in about an hour. The quality and responsiveness was outstanding. They are always on time if you have a scheduled appointment.  If you have an emergency they are there right away.

They had a special going. The special was on a mailing we received. Part of the issue is they came in with a runner thing, that really is too short for the run. The run is really long. If you only go part of the way, you are gonna end up coming back. They need to bring snakes that are long enough. The guy was much more pleasant. It was fine, but apparently inadequate because they had to come again later for the same thing. They probably needed a 100 feet snake and they had about a 50 feet. So you managed to push it further along, or put a whole through the issue but not really clear the issue.

They weren't all that pleasant. They complained about the length of the drain. They complained about what was stopping up the drain. They complained, they complained, they complained. You took the money, you are a plumber, go plumb. They don't like the angle of our plumbing so if we have a problem in the future, don't call them.
