Happy with the windows, however, installation was a problem. One of the two installers did not speak English, and although the lead installer spoke the language and did a good job, the other installer either did not quite understand or did not care. The installers were not prepared due to a window being improperly measured and they were not properly informed about the job. I had other contractors on site and during cleanup they took all the hardware from another job and I had purchase new hardware, they left cig butts and debris in my driveway and although I thought I picked up everything, got a flat on my motorcycle, $250.

The product, the actual window, is wonderful. The installation and the installers left alot to be desired. They installed the windows, one which was a picture window and left it dirty, fingerprints, & sticker mark. A piece of the trim wasnt flush with the house. They also removed trim from around the window and didnt replace it. When an inspector was called to come out they came out at the wrong time. The window however is a quality window, they should spend as much time hiring quality installers.

Good organization. After salesman evaluates job, they send an engineer for final measure. The actual installation is done by what appears to be a subcontractor, but that work crew was professional and skilled and did quality work.

overall this company has been great. the sales rep. was professional and knowledgeable. it took 4 weeks for the windows to be made. a two man crew showed up and installed 15 windows in one day. the clean up was good and the crew was very efficient (they didn't even take a break). the price was afr better than any other estimate and in my opinion the castle product was the best. i would definitely recommend this company.

Quality of product and price quoted were better than others we looked at, and more than made up for pushy salesperson. I had an issue with some of the sealing of the windows, called the service and they quickly had someone over to fix their work.

I was concerned because my door frame area was not very square after many years of house settling, but they took great measurements and made the doors to fit and did a really great job! I've been wanting that door replaced for almost 10 years now, and am so happy i have a proper door that works right!

The worst experience ever - they communicated poorly, did not follow through on their WRITTEN promise, refused to refund money and have not met any of their initial assurances. They cut me off on the phone (do not ever speak with a supervisor). Putting in a BBB complaint.

Seems like an excellent product. Installation was smooth and quick, although they showed up a few hours late. I had to call to confirm -- seems they were stuck on another project that ran long. But once the installers arrived, they were very apologetic and did a fine job.

Had both positive and negative eperience. Positive: good customer service, quick and timely installation, and good clean up. Negative: had to remove window treatments and they had to be reinstalled in different (and less desirable locations). This was a major concern of ours at the time of the sales presentation. The sales rep. said that the window treatments would remain untouched. Slight damage to interior walls around windows that required spackling and painting. Send us a survey next spring and I will let you know about the quality of the windows after a full year. Right now not much different than our old windows.

everyone I dealt with was very professional and it is a very good product but all they seem to have been more interested in a fast installation than in a great looking job. Up close inspection reveals uneven sills, tilted verticals, and unsealed holes where the sill wrappings were cut to allow bends. I was not home to final inspect and so far there have been no follow up calls. Not what I expected for the money. Big company... Next time I'll stay with local product.

The price was the best we received. The windows were installed when they said and it was done quikly and without mess. One window sash had a small scratch and they ordered a replacement.
