Buyer BEWARE!!!!! While their dog and pony show was very good, what they neglect to tell you is that there is NO communication between the salesman who painstakingly writes up the order that you sign off on, and the engineer that comes out to measure! Make sure that whoever is there to sign the "quick and easy" measuring session is someone who reads the fine lines and compares every single detail against the sales order. We are stuck with a door that opens the wrong way. They are trying to blame me for signing off on the engineer's forms, but he never pointed out that the door would open the opposite way that we specified on the s/o.

the windows are a good quality and prices are competitive. It did however, take them 5 appointments to get the windows and 2 doors installed properly and i'm still not satisfied w/ how they installed our storm door (there's a pretty substantial gap under the door that allows air in) and i'm still waiting for them to mail me some missing pieces that i'll have to install myself.

The windows are well done. The negative parts of my experience are that the installation took longer than I was told the people did not completly clean-up after themselves I was mislead about how my dryer vent was gong to be handled by the sales person overall it was still a good experience with good wondows

The price was the best we received. The windows were installed when they said and it was done quikly and without mess. One window sash had a small scratch and they ordered a replacement.

The sales guy was late, the install crew was three hours late and had to come back. Throng wrong octagon window was ordered,still waitiing .The windows have the Castle Windows writteon on locks. The guys who installed were polite, cleaned up well. Couple of minor cliches. windows are ok...some measuring was wrong, and I lost 2 inches of glass on 3 windows. they told me original windows were new construction and the new ones replacement windows and you always lose glass. I found out that was not true. they never said anything about new construction windows or other options. i was so upset by this time I cried.

High priced & quality, not finished to match existing trim. Very happy with result. Salesman came Sept 18. Required - must complete Oct 15. Confirmed could install by Oct 10. Had to follow up to schedule measurement - done Sept. 22. The engineer's paperwork scheduled install Nov. Called again for required install date - was told possible. Received 2 calls scheduling measurement after already done. After 3 follow-ups, installed Oct 20. Fast, clean install 3-hrs. Door is perfect, except trim not matching existing & adjustment to close easily. Made 2 trips for color matching stain & then applied to match indoor trim.

There was some question about preparation, removing curtain rods and furniture. The people on the phone told us we didn't need to do anything as did the salesman. The installers were a little upset that we were told that..

If considering new windows, do some homework and talk to Castle last since they will try hard to get you to sign at the first meeting and will offer special discounts. The instalation went smoothly except for the scheduling. On the day the work was to be done, I was called and told the appointment would have to be canceled and I rescheduled for the next day. Then the installers showed up at the original time! If working with Castle, you might want to check and doulbe check the scheduling.
