they installed windows that were the wrong color and they will not change them or refund my money. The color is an awful color that is not like any i have ever seen. They do not compare with the colors lowes, home depot or Pella are offering. My house looks terrible after I spent $7,800.. One of the windows even had ice on the inside.The screens are also very difficult to remove. I am very dissatisfied.

Need to spell out exactly what you want. Overall very good work. The last crew that was here on 3/30/2018 were very professional and polite.

We wanted to wait a while before we made the comment. The result was excellent. Even the repair was excellent too. We were skeptical at the first. We were glad we chose this company. My friends also made the positive comment about that door and screen storm door. The price might be pricey but we were happy with the RESULTS.

We did have some problems such as one widow frame was cracked and one had a dent. Windows were not cleaned very good and other minor problems there coming to fixed them. However, love the windows, great for keeping IIn Heat and keeping out noise.

When calling customer service, it was difficult to get a question I has answered. Requested a change in my windows and am still waiting to hear from them. Windows are a bit pricey but they look great and the time frame for installation was not as long as expected. The technician that did the installation was GREAT.

The work will not be complete until May. I will rate the work quality and value after the job is complete. However, I am very pleased with the sales associate who came out. She was very pleasant and helpful. My daughter and I felt at ease with her. The gentleman who came out to measure was very pleasant, professional and had a good sense of humor. The staff has been outstanding so far.

I hired this ?window people ? as personally they call themselves, for 6 windows. They are pricy but the only company witch offers life time warranty . Can?t say they didn?t do a good job, they were professional, on time. I have to say I found contractors , even almost $1500 cheaper but I?ve decided to go with them, because their life time warranty. This year, 2018, I?ve decided to finish the rest of the windows and change the front door and I scheduled an appointment. I had to take a day off to meet the guy for the estimate, but surprise the window guy couldn?t honor the appointment because of family problem and I had to reschedule the appointment. I was not happy cause I lost money by not working that day, so I had to take another day off from my job to meet the window guy. After I?ve waited for him for 2 hours in a freezing cold , the window people called me telling that the window guy called in sick and he?s not gonna show up again and they wanted me to reschedule again. REALLY!!!!

Windows are top quality. The installation crew were on time. Very professional installation, quick and methodical.. They covered the work area inside and out and cleaned up completely. Lifetime guarantee what more can you ask for.

The six windows are still in production and are to be installed around April 6-7th. We also are installing a full front glass storm door in a hunter green .We so for would recommend this company without hesitation.

They came in at a much better price than any other contractor and their work was wonderful

This company did an amazing job! The entire process was very easy, from start to finish. They did exactly what they described and promised, and have followed up several times to ensure I was happy. The windows are beautiful and a great quality.

At twice the price these guys would be worth it Professionals from start to finish. Hire them and sit back and collect the compliments from a job well done. Quality material, extraordinary craftsmanship.

They are expensive but worth it.

This experience was excellent from beginning to end. I love my doors. Professional installation. I would definitely recommend them. My consultation was very thorough with Anthony he covered everything from A-Z. Mike installed my doors he was very humorous and loved his music. Music gives us motivation 😊. Excellent work!
