Windows appeared to be of excellent quality and fully covered under a warranty that even coverds accidental breakage. Their pricing was much better than others and some extra cost features offered by others may have benefited if I lived further north, but are simply not needed for the lighter climate of Delaware.

Everyone at Castle Windows was friendly and professional - from the man who came to do the in-home presentation of their products, to the measurer who came next, to the nice ladies who answer their phones and finally to the courteous gentlemen who did the installation. Our new doors looks GREAT, exactly as promised, and I would happily recommend them to others. Great job!

Terrible experience. I was left with a door(s) I could not use twice because of their mistakes. They would not let me out of the contract so now I'm stuck without the use of my door for weeks at a time. Thank God I have another entry. I would never recommend them. I should've listened to all of the bad reviews from people not on service magic before I signed the contract. The only good thing about them is their price is lower than other so-called "custom" door makers.

They did a wonderful job installing a new back door. The door was ready earlier than planned and the installation was smooth and professionally done. When we originally chose the new door, we had chosen an unusual style that seemed to work for us. The regional manager called us to confrim our choice and discussed our decision on the phone with us, bringing up a visual concern that the door may pose. We ended up changing the design and were very happy with the result. That's the personal care you get from Castle.

To start off positive, the quality of the window appears good... However, project took them over 2 months to complete (promised one day), service was inadequate and calking was sub-par. Caulking is yellowing or cracking in a lot of interior areas. Also, the quality of the service on the outside was not good. Some windows look like a second grader did it. Also, very messy in cleanup and careless (left a razor blade on the floor in our babies room). Called castle numerous times, wrote letters, spoke with vice president, they did not resolve our issues. Spent over 12K on windows, so disappointed. Beware and re-think your investment!!

Castle Windows (somehow related to Cardo) did the install. Sales team was very good (initially met with a new salesman, later follow-up with regional manager). Pitch wasn't too long, paid attention to what our needs were. Pricing was very good, best out there for our job. Install team arrived on time, and completed in less time than expected. We had 13 windows installed, done in about 5.5 hours. Would definitely recommend this company and this install crew.

Overall very happy. They stood behind the doors and installation. However, they had to come back a few times due to not having everything they needed and once to redo the wood frame. The supervisors were excellent, but the people initally sent to do the work needed more experiance.

Castle has very good quality and value in the products they offered and an outstanding warranty. The finished job looks great. However, they are not always the best when it comes to their office staff. Mix ups occurred with appointments, installation schedules, types of doors available and the wrong interior trim was given to the installer, which required a second visit to my home to complete the job. The installers clean up after the job was also not the best. I found several nails, screws and a some broken glass in my driveway where their truck had been parked.
