Remember to compare a lifetime guarantee vs the warranty that others offer. I love my Castle windows - best investment Ive made for my home. Service was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I hated was that I had to sit through a two hour sales presentation. It was informative but I already knew what I wanted. The actual work was completed and the work area was cleaned. The windows and installation work were all I expected and more. I originally had ordered only 3 windows but changed it to 5 and there was no problem upgrading my order to be completed on the same day.

The windows are more expensive than others but you really do get a lifetime warranty no tricks. They could communicate better but overall very satisfied. Good quality great installation.

The windows are great. They did a very professional job.

We had really old aluminium windows which needed replacements. Come winter, the living area would get so cold and there was always a cold draft coming in from the windows. The sales rep was proficient and knowledgeable. Gave a pretty decent quote and scheduled a time for someone to come out and take the measurements. Three weeks through the process (we were dependent on the HOA approval), got a call to schedule the install. I was a little worried about having the install done as the weather report forecast was for rain and snow. Speaking to John Belamonte (Installation Manager), a very patient guy made me feel better and we stuck to the scheduled time.Three install guys, 7 windows (living area and 2 bedrooms) and 6 hours later i already see the difference. No wonder these guys have been in business since the 1970's. The exterior glass on one of the window panes broke during install (thanks to mother nature's strong winds) but John will have it replaced with a new one in a week. 'A' Grade quality insulation, installed professionally. Ask for Chris as the install guy if at all you go to them , he is a patient guy and makes sure the work is done thorough. The best part i like is the lifetime warranty these guys provide. Now to watch the product take its test of time and weather. If all looks good i plan to get the rest of my 6 windows done by the end of this year.

at this time there are still issues w a small amount of items. they have not been here to look at or correct them. they will be here jan 4

Got Exterior Door, Trim Clad, Deck Extension and Gutter Guards done Great job. Looks very nice. Will add value to my house.

It was very difficult initially to get a response to my concerns from customer service. The work was not performed as explained by the sales person. The quality of the work was good but its delivery was disorganized and delayed due, in my opinion, to communication gaps within the company.

The sales person brought real samples to show. Castle Doors was the only contractor to do this. He gave clear, concise information about door manufacturing and the installation from start to finish. So far, everything has been on schedule, however, I still have 2 weeks until the actual install. Their prices are excellent especially considering the doors I purchased are being made by the Amish and come with life time warranties.

There was some miscommunication between the office and field personnel on a late change order, but they rectified the mistake immediately to my great satisfaction. The installers were professional, obviously well experienced and did a great job. The windows look and function great. Too early to tell how it will affect my heating bill, however.

Sales rep and installers were great. Windows are beautiful. Only complaint I would have is the difficulty hearing the office personal when scheduling the install. You can hear numerous other people talking in the background .

Installers were prompt, polite and efficient. Gorgeous windows, great doors, quality products! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

The endless sales pitch and discount tactics were worse than buying a car. The installers arrived on time did a nice job, however one of the workers left a mess for ME to clean up. So far, the windows seem to be of good quality and air tight. Time will tell if I got the so called great deal on them..

Home office/salesman do not check what can be done before sending installers to home. Wasted time.

When I require more windows I would use Castle again.

They came on 9/10/15,,installed windows or at least a partial window ,because they broke the window installing it,had been waiting since 9/10 for the rush order replacement until 9/29,,of which the 1st guys jury rigged the 1st window with plywood,screwed nails into the window frame,thus making the frame unsatisfactory according to the guy who came on 9/29 with the replacement window to be installed,their customer service lacks any type of quality that I would refer them to anybody.I feel the customer should not to make follow up progress call to the business,but I had to also I filed a complaint with the BBB of New Jersey,all of that could have been eliminated if the installers would taken their time and paid attention to detail and not rushed because the rain on 9/10/2015,the products that are in look ok,but still I have to wait 3 more weeks for the replacement replacement window & frame.
