Mold remediation at my home was done by Ray from Aerotek. He is very professional, thorough, and very reasonably priced based on my comparisons. When I initially called Aerotek, Ray picked the phone even though it was weekend. He was very prompt, and discussed what kind of mold remediation measures normally it would entail to the problems I have explained to him without even yet looking at the mold concern, and gave a ballpark estimate. Then, he had scheduled for a visit to come and look at the issue so that he can give concrete quote. He was punctual and able to make it to the appoinment even though there were weather/snow issues. After looking at the problem, he gave thorough explanation of what he would do in the scope of remediation(same as what he initially explained),and in fact gave a quote lesser than what he initially gave by looking at actual issue. He was also professional to put everything in writing explaining the scope, warranty, mold certifcation details, including his insurance details. He was also clear about what extent he will do to remove the root cause of the problem on top of mold remediation. After proposal signatures, we have scheduled for actual work this week. Again he was puntual to come and perform the work exactly as explained - no gimmicks played, and no additional scope added other than proposal's work. He was also able to remedy root cause at one place at no additional cost, and charged very nominal price for the second place as the plumbing work involved there was trickier and needed more skill. He was also kind enough to give advise on moisture intrusion in the basement, and solutions for the same. I would strongly recommend Ray mainly because of following - thorough, very clear on what is involved and what he does, very reasonable price, and prompt.

This company has integrity, it stood behind its promises. When a problem was identified with the original service, they redid the entire job at no additional cost. (The crew who redid the service was even led by a company vice president.) They took pains to ensure that the job was completed thoroughly, properly, and without inconvenience to the residents. There were also instances where they went above and beyond the original scope of work, to make sure that it was done right. They explained all aspects of the service, and generally made sure we were happy with their work. We would definitely consider this company for future work.

They were professional and knowledgeable, however they were 45 mins late for the appointment.  They examined the problem and asked me several questions.  Then gave me a detailed explanation of the problem.  They were very patient with my questions.  The best part is that they gave me instructions on how to remedy the problem myself or with a handyman, as his estimate for remediation was $850.
