It was a good experience. They answered the phone right away and gave us an estimate. We called back to schedule them to pick up the rugs. They cleaned them and returned them a week later. The people were very friendly. The price was reasonable.

They cleaned a hand woven rug which was 9 by 12 in size. They offered to get the rugs pick up service included in that. We have used them earlier for a couple of different rugs. I like their quality of work and their professionalism. They are very friendly. They are nearby and they are small family owned company. I have heard good things about them. They have been in the business for quite a long while. They must be doing something right.

A friend recommended Wells to me over a year ago when I was looking to have rugs cleaned. I was very pleased with their service, so much that I won't consider going elsewhere. I've had several rugs cleaned (dirt from regular use) and 2 upholstered couches cleaned. In this particular case, my cat had vomited twice on my white moroccan rug. I didn't try to clean it myself. I also wasn't able to bring it in for a few days. After dropping off my rug at the warehouse entry, I was given a ticket and went to the front desk in the building across the narrow drive. The assistant takes the ticket and fills out a sales form with my info, stating she'll call me when it's ready. (On my first visit I had called ahead for cost estimates, and they are very reasonable.) They accept cash or checks only. When I returned to pick up my rug about a week later, I had neither. But the assistant said 'no problem, just mail us a check'. How great is that? When I unrolled my rug at home, not only did they get the stains out, but they also inserted a light-hearted note warning they may not have gotten the stain out. It made me chuckle. Overall, great experience every time. Great service, great work and fair prices. Don't take your rugs to the drycleaners - they'll only send it out to a specialist like Wells and charge you more.

The experience was perfect. They cleaned the rug in less than half the time they estimated and the price was half what the other three places we called had told us. Obviously they know what they are doing and do it well!
