They could have informed us about the price increase on the wipers. They did not inform us on that, so they must have been a little more expensive.

Bought a pre-owned Sienna in summer of 2013.  Salesperson was good.  Pricing was reasonable.  Car is reliable.  Brought vehicle to service department about 6 months later for sunroof leak.  Service department was terrible.  They said they couldn't find leak.  We had to tell them to put water on the roof and look inside.  They still couldn't fin it.  We had to show them where the leak was, and it was more than a drip.  They said they fixed it, but when we had them test it at the dealer, it leaked worse than before.  Had to have them "Fix" it again.  Still leaked.  Mechanic actually said, "small leaks are normal and expected" as water dripped onto our baby seat.  Big runaround.  They finally had a "specialist" come out to fix it.  Finally seemed okay.  Then had to talk to about 5 different people to get them to agree repair was covered under warranty.  Conclusion: Maybe buy a car there but never have it serviced there.

We've been using them for 6 years and they've been good. I think they got better because they always try to add something on with that service but they don't seem to be doing that anymore which is good. Before I ever trusted them, I really need to have it done because they were say I need to have it cleaned and they didn't really know if it was dirty but now they stopped doing that anymore. Like I told them, they had a good product, I have a 2006 Toyota with almost 70,000 miles and really had no major problems so I haven't really had to deal with them in a major way, it's just for regular service, sometimes the brakes.

I have had years of experience with this company. When I take my car in for work, something else gets broken.

Every time I take my car there, something goes wrong.  I took my car to another dealership.  They checked AC with a dye.  Said AC only needed to be recharged.  Toyota of Morristown has been ruining my car.  

They broke the hinges on my glove box and the dash behind the glove box.  They agreed to fix it, but they were going to charge me for the part.

They are great. I have been bringing my car there for years. They provide good service and always let me know if something comes up that I need to be aware of. If they have to keep my car they give me a loaner car for free.

They are very thorough. Accommodating in terms of appointment times. Pricing can be a little high but at the same time they are pleasant and always want to make the job right. If there is a problem bring it in and they will take care of it.

They are trying to improve there services because they send out surveys and respond to them. They are easy, convenient, have a good shuttle service, but you have to be assertive and speak up if something is wrong.

We usually call and make an appointment with the receptionist, and when we check in they take the car in. We?ve not had a problem with the car, and so they have taken it in for routine checkup, oil changes and wheel alignment. They are very responsive and their price is reasonable.

They are a more formal dealer. They have free internet, so I can work from there while I'm waiting for my car to be worked on. They also have a shuttle service to take me back and forth to work, while they work on my car.

I found the salesman (Aldo Jacque) very knowledgeable about what was there and helpful, not pushy. He didn't rush me and once he found out I wasn't buying a car that day he didn't drop me.
