They could have informed us about the price increase on the wipers. They did not inform us on that, so they must have been a little more expensive.

Description of Work: Great place to buy a car, however DO NOT get it serviced here. The service staff is rude, and you always get a big run around. When my car was brought in for an oil change, it came back with oil stains on my floor mats. The service managert did not seem to care when I brought it to his attention. The price for service seems to differ depending on whom you speak to. The valet parkers are slow to retrieve cars, even when I was the last remaining car of the day. Save yourself a lot of aggravation, and bring your car somewhere else!

Description of Work: Basically bordering on illegal. On four separate occassions, the car was grough in. Each time they fixed the problem and innediately after the car was brough home, another problem close to the first began to manifest itself. Their charges atre outrageously high, as well.

Bought a pre-owned Sienna in summer of 2013. Salesperson was good. Pricing was reasonable. Car is reliable. Brought vehicle to service department about 6 months later for sunroof leak. Service department was terrible. They said they couldn't find leak. We had to tell them to put water on the roof and look inside. They still couldn't fin it. We had to show them where the leak was, and it was more than a drip. They said they fixed it, but when we had them test it at the dealer, it leaked worse than before. Had to have them "Fix" it again. Still leaked. Mechanic actually said, "small leaks are normal and expected" as water dripped onto our baby seat. Big runaround. They finally had a "specialist" come out to fix it. Finally seemed okay. Then had to talk to about 5 different people to get them to agree repair was covered under warranty. Conclusion: Maybe buy a car there but never have it serviced there.

We've been using them for 6 years and they've been good. I think they got better because they always try to add something on with that service but they don't seem to be doing that anymore which is good. Before I ever trusted them, I really need to have it done because they were say I need to have it cleaned and they didn't really know if it was dirty but now they stopped doing that anymore. Like I told them, they had a good product, I have a 2006 Toyota with almost 70,000 miles and really had no major problems so I haven't really had to deal with them in a major way, it's just for regular service, sometimes the brakes.
Description of Work: I use Toyota of Morristown for car service. I got an oil change, they rotated the tires and looked at all the levels because they needed it.

I have had years of experience with this company. When I take my car in for work, something else gets broken. Every time I take my car there, something goes wrong. I took my car to another dealership. They checked AC with a dye. Said AC only needed to be recharged. Toyota of Morristown has been ruining my car. They broke the hinges on my glove box and the dash behind the glove box. They agreed to fix it, but they were going to charge me for the part.
Description of Work: I took my car in and they told me that there was a recall on my vehicle. They fixed that and also put on 4 new tires, balanced and rotated them. After they fixed it - then my car's A/C went out. I took it back in and they said I needed a new condensor AND that I needed an alignment just after they aligned it a few weeks earlier.

They are great. I have been bringing my car there for years. They provide good service and always let me know if something comes up that I need to be aware of. If they have to keep my car they give me a loaner car for free.

They are very thorough. Accommodating in terms of appointment times. Pricing can be a little high but at the same time they are pleasant and always want to make the job right. If there is a problem bring it in and they will take care of it.

I leased a new Camry from this place in 2007 and had no problems. When the lease was up in 2010, I returned to the same salesman to get another new Camry, using an ad in the newspaper. To my amazement, he played the "typo" game and tried to get the price up. I was pretty angry, especially since I was a repeat customer. But he would not budge, and I went elsewhere. I reported them to the BBB. Stay away.
Description of Work: Leased a Camry in 2007 and tried unsuccessfully to lease another in 2010.

They are trying to improve there services because they send out surveys and respond to them. They are easy, convenient, have a good shuttle service, but you have to be assertive and speak up if something is wrong.

We usually call and make an appointment with the receptionist, and when we check in they take the car in. We?ve not had a problem with the car, and so they have taken it in for routine checkup, oil changes and wheel alignment. They are very responsive and their price is reasonable.

They are a more formal dealer. They have free internet, so I can work from there while I'm waiting for my car to be worked on. They also have a shuttle service to take me back and forth to work, while they work on my car.

See above. Please note that I don't recall costs of project because it involved routine auto maintenance.
Description of Work: I purchased a RAV4 from Morristown Toyota in 2003 and had the initial year of routine maintenance with them. Part of my purchase deal was that the routine maintenance (oil change, etc.) was free while I owned the car. They were fine with appointments but every time I went, it seemed that there was always something else that needed to be done (that I had never heard of before). Definitely felt to me like they were trying to upsell! For instance, one time, the representative sold me on replacing a filter for the front panel of the car. I had never heard about this but believed him. He then called me back down from the waiting area to tell me they were out of the filters and he'd call when they came in. Needless to say, I never received a call back! I stopped going there after the first year (even though the oil changes would be free)since I don't trust them in terms of handling larger repairs or service.

I found the salesman (Aldo Jacque) very knowledgeable about what was there and helpful, not pushy. He didn't rush me and once he found out I wasn't buying a car that day he didn't drop me.
