The quality of the work was good.  The original quoted price was doubled during installation.  He claimed "additional parts and service were required"

We've had Rob a few times to help with plumbing around the house. The first time he fixed a leaky sink and shower. The second time he fixed a new sump pump.
Rob is extremely responsive, very quick to show up and is extremely fast in the work he does. He is an energetic person and is a one-man show. He is likeable and highly professional. He is around the Morristown area and is pretty quick to show up from the time you call him. Most plumbers are expensive....Rob has always struck us as a very honest, hard working guy who does his job with high efficiency and technical correctness.

Rob completed the job on time and at the price quoted.  He showed up on short notice, understood the situation and installed the correct plumbing to correct issues that were due to a prior plumber not installing washing machine drain hose properly.

He was pleasant and thorough and he tried to save me as much money as possible.   He came almost immediately after I called him and he took care of the problem perfectly.   I will definitely call him again!!!!!!!

After hearing from another plumbing contractor that we needed a new hot water heater we decided to get another opinion.  Rob was recommended to us by a plumbing supply store.  He  was able to replace some parts on our hot water heater and we were spared the expense of buying a new one.  We found him to be honest, efficient, knowledgeable and an all around nice guy.  We would definitely call him again.

He came right away and did good work. He always comes on time! He even does several small jobs around my house that I didn?t even call him for! He is a fully insured licensed plumber and a good guy.
