I was also told that I'd need new back brakes and rotors. I tend to be skeptical, after being lied to in the past with car stuff. So he said he could give me a print-out of what it would cost, which he did, along with a 10% off coupon. (Woohoo! Loves me a good coupon.) ...Months later, my car was still breaking fine (in my opinion), but a friend's mechanic boyfriend took a look and said I should get them done soon. ...So then went to a place up here in April to get them done. Ends up, the pricing on the brakes was pretty comparable, with the exception that Jiffy Lube had an extra 10% coupon. So, after all that, I would recommend this Jiffy Lube for your oil changes and brake service.

The replacement of my oil and oil filter was done quick and easy. The guys also saw that my air filter was dirty and asked me if I wanted that changed. I said yes and they did it. I turned down a few other services. They vacuumed my car and put air in the tires at no extra charge.
