"American Plumber installed an air handler over a year ago, the unit started to freeze up when we were first had been called out which was over a year from the original install date. American Plumber warranties everything that we install for one year regarding of cost. As a courtesy, we went out to the customer the same day and removed his filter that had been causing an air flow restriction to the unit. We did not charge the customer for this service call. The unit ran for weeks with no issues. Unfortunately the issue returned. During this time we were unable to come out wright away. We always try to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities unfortunately circumstances arise which can lead to a longer wait times. Unfortunately the customer could not wait for use to come out a second time and hired another contractor to look at his unit."

"American Plumber was only hired to install a new boiler. We went over with the customers that we were not going to touch or alter any of the radiators, which the customer agreed upon prior to the work being completed. It is unfortunate that the customer has an issue with only one of the numerous radiators in their home. If we had done something wrong during the installation process then non of the radiators would be functioning at all. Which brings us to believe that the radiator in the kitchen which is not working must have been malfunctioning from the beginning. We attempted to locate the issue which was in a crawl space that had asbestos. As a result, it became a health hazard to our technicians and we inform the homeowner and were more than happy to return after the abatement was completed. The customer did not address the asbestos issue, which is most likely why the problem has not been repair by any other contractors."
