I purchased a hanging vanity and fixtures which needed assembling and mounting. Ernie's bid came based on just a phone description of the work to be done and his bid was well below the median of other bids I had taken. I was a bit concerned about an over-the-phone labor quote, but he said that's how he keeps prices low for job types with which he has experience. He and his assistant came on time, had all the minor parts on hand to complete the job (for which a fair add-on price was charged), and completed the work in about 1/2 the time I had estimated the job would take. Very competent & efficient workmanship at a highly competitive price

I was okay with the service

I had an issue with a leaky drain assembly in the kitchen. Ernie's response was immediate. Arrived at the promised time and did a great job fixing the problem. Great guys, great service.

American Plumber repaired my urgent problem right away. They were professional and got the job done quickly and charged me the exact price quoted. They even installed a new shower head (I supplied the shower head) at no extra charge. They left the work area neat and clean. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again if I have a plumbing problem.

They were on time, and kept to their promiise of the finish date. So far so good. Sorry I didn't use them the first (3) times I tried to fix the problem.

Ernest Serghis/American Plumber is the nicest, most professional and responsive plumber I have dealt with and I have dealt with many over my 38 year real estate career. In the sale of my home, an inspector reported that my home had a problem with old gas pipes that had ground contact and went through cement block. The code changed 10 or so years ago and the piping that was used would corrode where it was in contact with cement. I had older plumbers give me very high estimates and one who looked at the job and never returned my calls after that and never gave me a price. Ernest answered the request in no time and came out the next day.

American Plumber did an amazing job. Literally the fastest responding and acting plumbers we have ever had the pleasure to hire. They completed the job and had all the paperwork faxed in before the end of the day we entered the request. We will use them as often as we can!

The customer service was great. The plumber arrived within a couple of hours after I placed my call to service magic. He was able to install the sump pump in a short amont of time, maybe 20 minutes. Price was a bit on the high side but I am satisified overall.
